I have been searching for a high-quality coffee and espresso machine. Upon doing my research, I concluded that Schaerer may be a good choice, I WAS WRONG..... After attempting to communicate with Rachel Shewchuk at Schaerer, I received responses from Rachel that were very curt and uncooperative. She refused to answer very simple and clear questions that I had regarding the Schaerer machines. The next day I received messages from Wendi Falsetti, also from Schaerer, who asked me for my phone number. Wendi refused to tell me why she needed my phone number, but after such poor communication by Rachel and Wendi, I would NOT recommend you do business with Schaerer. I have never had such an odd interaction with a company when trying to purchase products from them..... Go elsewhere....
