Customer service awful

Please avoid this company, there is absolutely no customer service, finally got through on the phone only to be told by some woman that she wasnt anything to do with schoolware solutions and that the company never have anyone manning the phone.

Bad customer service

Had a code to use. Spoke to someone on the phone end of July who said to email me what I wanted with address etc.
sent email on 4th August
Several weeks later they say sorry can’t use this now is expires on 14th August and we haven’t done your order.
The kids start school next week and had to place a new order which I don’t think will arrive in time.
Will be putting my experience of this to the school and hopefully they will change for somewhere better

Not a value for customer or time

After 2 visits personally to the store, there is no stoke available, and the order placed is not delivered to the home after 45 days. Why does the school recommend only the place to buy a uniform and waste time on it...

Poor aftersales service

School Solutions Ltd came to my daughter's school and we bought a blazer, ties and two PE shirts. After purchase my daughter decided she wanted to swap the girl's PE shirts for the unisex version - at the same price. The shirts are unworn and have the tags still attached. We could not locate the receipt but we did have the bank card statement from the purchase clearly identifying the company. They point-blank refused to exchange without receipt. This has resulted in significant cost to ourselves on top of what is already a costly transition to secondary school.
I recommend you avoid this company as they seem to go out of their way to make life difficult for returns and based on other Trustpilot reviews pay little attention to aftersales issues in general. There are other companies supplying uniforms who seem to go out of their way to provide support for their customers, who I will use in future.
I personally will also make a point of advising our school to avoid promoting this company by allowing them on their premises in future.

Customer service is useless

Customer service is useless, takes forever to reply to emails and don't return calls when promised to do so.
Ordered school uniform and it came in several packages over a few days, one of them with school shirts didn't arrive , Royal mail had signed for it with my name yet I was miles away with my family out for the day. Been trying to get it sorted for a week now with no luck so far. Bring back LISS sports as school provider at least they had great customer service and uniform of better qualit as blazer not to same standard yet £5 more than old supplier.

Lacking customer service

Lacking customer service!
Everything in stock on line apart from 3 items - school jumpers eventually arrived after a month had gone by.
Queried why I’d not received the laundry marker I’d ordered and paid for - couldn’t really give me an answer!
Ordered sports trousers on August 29th - I’d seen that they were in stock in the size we needed and phoned to ask if I could go and buy them - flat refusal but after a little persuasion they relented and said I could go (as it was only one item) left me on hold to check something and when she came back they were strangely out of stock!!
Still showing on the website in stock though so I placed an order and they arrived - it took nearly 4 weeks but we actually got them!
Still no laundry pen though and yes I know it’s only a few pounds but if you’re doing this often you’re making a bit of extra money.
Overall could use some customer service training (happy to help - I used to train people!)
You have the market cornered in Nottingham - please don’t blame it on COVID-19 you were just as bad 8 years ago when I had to buy my daughters uniform.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Appauling service at the Oadby store, had to get 2 busses to get there to find that they never have anything in stock!!
Their prices are very expensive and service rubbish
