I ordered some Narcissi for my daughter & son in law's anniversary on the 12th March. They arrived a day earlier than I had asked, but thankfully my daughter was home to receive them. She said the flowers were already fully open & smelt amazing, but after only 5 days they looked dead in the vase. I emailed Scilly Flowers & the response was amazing. Ruth apologised & also thought they should have lasted longer than those few days. She sent a replacement bouquet to my daughter that day, which she was absolutely delighted with. I can't thank Ruth & Scilly Flowers enough for their prompt & wonderful response & I will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again. ***** 5* Customer service.

Ordered what I thought was 40 scented narcissi with a generous 10 extra. A treat to myself. On the delivery day I realised that I’d ordered 100 by mistake! As much as I love narcissi I didn’t have enough vases nor space for them all.

As I live in a terraced row of houses I know four of my neighbours very well. It was my next door neighbour’s birthday it seemed an ideal gift to give a small gift of flowers to all of them, leaving me with enough for 3 vases!
It was much appreciated as we’ve all lived through a wet and chilly winter.
We all had a good laugh and it turned out we had all done some similar, though my order was at least beautiful flowers!
I told them I had ordered them from Scilly flowers maybe future customers on the horizon!

The flowers were ordered by a friend and arrived in perfect condition BUT unfortunately they were Belladonna Lillies and as all cat owners know Lillies are highly poisonous and can kill cats. I contacted Scilly Flowers and they admitted that they know this but stated that it is up to the person who is ordering the flowers to also be aware.
Obviously if this person is not a pet owner they probably aren't aware so Scilly Flowers should be more proactive and make sure that any of their flowers which could harm animals are clearly labelled on their website. I feel this attitude is very poor and totally unacceptable. They should be ashamed of themselves not what you expect from a company such as this.
PS As I couldn't keep the flowers I gave them to a neighbour who has no animals or any that visit!

I have used this family business on many occasions over the years and they never fail to impress. Their scented flowers are wonderful and always surprise the recipients - many of whom are now customers of Scilly Flowers themselves!

I have used Scilly Flowers alongside other companies for some years and have never had an issue. It is also lovely to know the flowers are coming from St Martin’s.
I was using another company to send several lots of flowers this Easter. However, the other company let me down badly and only let me know they couldn’t deliver any of them when it seemed too late to make other arrangements.
Fortunately, Scilly Flowers turned the order round in record time and have delivered some beautiful flowers. Thank you so much.

I love the fact that these flowers are UK grown, love the island story but i also love how kind and thoughtful the team is at Scilly Flowers. I usually make a couple of orders a year, so i'm not a big customer but i am a very, very content one after they helped resolve an address mistake I made sending a bunch to my godson and his fiancee. Thank you so much! Here's to a blooming marvellous 2025.

A lovely friend of mine gave me a voucher for Scilly Flowers so I duly placed my order. They arrived today in great shape and their scent is exquisite! They have really made my day.
I was also impressed by their excellent customer service when I had to contact them about a postal glitch, they really go above and beyond to make sure that everything is right.
I will definitely use this company to order special flowers for friends and family and doubtless as a treat for myself too!

Ordered some Narcissi to be delivered as an Easter gift. Arrived a day earlier than requested on Wednesday with flowers already open and wonderfully fragranced. Unfortunately, by Easter Sunday they have gone over and are mostly drying out or already dead.
Maybe that’s the usual lifespan and my expectations were unrealistic, but won’t buy again.
Addendum: thank you to Scilly Flowers for sending a replacement. Flowers still tightly closed and very fresh on arrival

Bought flowers for a special friend. When they didn't turn up Scilly flowers replaced straight away and even sent some extra blooms.

Always had nice blooms from Scilly Flowers and their website makes it easy. I recently ordered and made a typo in the message, but they'd already picked it up and corrected it by the time I emailed them, saving me an embarassment. Perhaps expensive but their flowers are worth it for me.

Having spent a lovely holiday on St Martins I thought I would support one of the local businesses there by buying the festive posy. Sadly the flowers arrived in a rather poor condition on 19 December. Before my family arrived for Christmas I replaced them with supermarket flowers some of which (alstroemeria) are still flowering today (7 January!). If I were to order again I would choose flowers specifically grown on the farm.

I have ordered for friends/relatives & myself on a number of occasions so I’m usually very happy with the flowers sent.

I ordered the festive posy for our home but when they arrived on the 18th they looked a little tired to say the least. They only lasted for 5 days at the very most & I had started removing dead ones prior to the 5th day. Very disappointing bouquet & certainly did not live up to the photograph on the website.

I expected the bouquet to arrive in better shape & to last longer.

Ordered some Belladonna for my Mum's birthday on line and then the next day visited the island and went to the greenhouse and met some of the team. Awesome service and fantastic to see how they do what they do. Thoroughly recommend the ScillyFlowers business.

After an issue caused by Royal Mail, this company responded in a really great way and completely replaced the order. Great customer service. And the flowers are great - have sent them many times.

The flowers I received were packaged beautifully and with care. They lasted a really long time and filled my home with their most gorgeous scent. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I’ve been ordering your flowers for a while now, after receiving some gorgeous fresh narcissi from a relative and being so thrilled with them! Have sent them for birthdays, sympathy,get well soon,new home etc., the pinks as well and each time the recipient has been overjoyed! Delivered on time, fresh and grown on a farm , can’t get better than that and the scent is gorgeous, so I’ve been told! Well done and five stars to the packaging too! Very happy customer indeed.
