As well as our requests, Scommerce also regularly suggests upgrades or new products to improve our site and customer experience.

The fact we have been with them for over 10 years, it will come as no surprise that I would highly recommend Scommerce for your Magento projects.

Reported an issue with their Google Tag Manager for Magento 2, they took a quick look and instantly blamed another 3rd party extension and wanted me to pay for an investigation, i was debugging the issue myself and everything pointed to their extension but was told they would not do anything else as it's a paid for service. The next day they released an update to their extension which fixed my issue, therefore there was no issue with any of our 3rd party extensions. Just glad I didn't pay them any extra. What a con!

I echo what the other reviewer said: STAY AWAY from this Magento 2 extension provider. We spent roughly $650 on THREE Enterprise level "Google Tag Manager" extensions only to find that it:

1.) Does not work.
2.) Poorly written, the enable/disable functionality doesn't even work.
3.) Category pages throw error "script tag must not be included in a div"
4.) Times out on categories with large number of products. It simply cannot send the array of SKU's if the list is long.
5.) Disregards Google best practices and does not place the snippets in the correct location.

Unfortunately the same person that the other reviewer mentioned, "Shivani Nayyar", refuses to issue refund. He insists on gaining access to our environments to "fix". I wouldn't let these people near my legos, let alone access to our environments. The lack of quality in the Enterprise level software has given us no choice but to move on to find a different solution.

It was bad enough to have to purchase THREE separate licenses for our SINGLE Magento 2 installation that houses our three websites. No other Magento 2 developer does that. One license per installation. What a rip-off HACK.

We want our money back for the garbage we purchased. Unfortunately they refuse, so our only recourse is a chargeback on our credit card.

They could have just honored my refund and avoided me sharing my story, but that is not the route they chose to go with.

Great extension provider, we have used their GDPR and GTM pro extensions for Magento 1 and Magento 2 sites and it worked really well for us.

I have a bought the Google Tag Manager Plugin ( 100+ GBP x 2) for our Magento 2 store which is under development for 1+ years. And we planned to go live around this year and found that they have released few updates for the same which are only of bug fixes. When I try to approach them for updates I am shocked to hear that I have to pay another 50GBP to get the update.

I have bought 10+ plugin from Amasty, Mirasvit, Aheadworks, LOF, MageTrend and many more. All of them provide lifetime free updates even though they keep adding new features.

I requested them to provide the latest update of the plugin considering a person have spent 200+ GBP on it and they havent done any improvement to that plugin other than bug fixes. But the owner of the platform who serves the chat and email support "Shivani Nayyar" refuses and close the support and went away.

I am in no position to pay them 50GBP just for the bug fixes they made which they should release it for free. And they going to keep milking out money for all the bug fixes they going to release. So I am going to spend the same money on other providers who can provide much better support and lifetime updates.

If you somehow landed on their portal, think thrice before making payment to them as they will going to milk you more money for half baked products.
