Scooms Reviews

The best pillows we've ever slept on. Excellent quality, made with love and care and worth paying a premium for. Should've upgraded our pillows years ago!

Brought an Hungarian pillow, best ever pillow absolutely gorgeous so so comfortable & I have been suffering with a bad neck for a few months now & this pillow has helped my neck tremendously. The quality is 100% & very quick delivery even the box it arrived in was big & the pillow was in side another bag which wasn’t vacuum sealed & that was also what I liked. Thank you Scooms 😁

Excellent product, great service and will be ordering another mattress protector shortly

Fast delivery and the best ever towels! They look gorgeous and feel absolutely amazing. Couldn't ask for better. Well worth the money!

The quality of the products are superb! to be more precise and what I like the most from their towels is that they dry you super fast, super luxury feel but most importantly they do not shed or fall apart, I hate to see cotton flying around the house.
I have tried towels and beddings from other luxury brands and trust me! there's nothing like scooms.
In addittion, customer service is 5/5, they answer emails, pro-active and very friendly.

Fabulous Mulberry Silk sheet and pillowcase.

Incredibly silky smooth, cool and comfy.

Great service and packaging, they really go the extra mile to delivery a great product and experience.

A beautifully made, cozy duvet. Very quick delivery a bonus!

The pillow arrived in a lovely box which accommodated the whole pillow unsquashed
The pillow arrived in a lovely box which accommodated the whole pillow unsquashed. The pillow was also in a bag which I don't think I can throw away even though I have no need for it because I am using the pillow every day lol.

Originally, I had bought the soft medium version but found it was too thin for me and so emailed Scooms who arranged a return and I upgraded to the medium firm pillow. It took me about a week to get used to it actually, but now I sleep very well on it. It has not lost shape and is lovely and plump. Thank you

Beautifully made, blissfully comfortable, and all supported by two wonderful people, Emily and Jonathan, who went the extra mile to help me find exactly what I had hitherto been searching for without ever finding the full satisfaction that I found with my Scooms duvets, covers, and storage bags.

I have only bought one product from Scooms so far, but I am very pleased with it. It is clearly well-made and feels substantial—quite remarkable at the asking price compared to other options. A great first experience with the brand.

I have used Scooms bedding for over 5 yrs. The quality is

The website is super easy to order from, I was kept updated with delivery information. Product was delivered on time and in a very professional manner. The quilt itself is amazing, comfort and quality are second to none. I only wish I'd bought one sooner, it is by far the best I've ever owned. 5*'s for this product and company.

The products from scrooms are top notch, you won’t find anything better, they are my go to for towels and bedding. Am never disappointed.

I’m a side sleeper and I sleep on two pillows with my hand in between the two of them (!) - my current ones no-longer plumped up like they used to and I found myself adjusting them throughout the night, waking up with a sore neck. It’s very hard to get king-sized pillows without ordering online and I had returned two orders because they were simply too flat for me (one order even arrived with the pillows practically vacuum packed, presumably to save on postage) and I had almost given up hope until I read about Scooms. They arrived quickly and in a huge box with their own zip-up dust covers. I absolutely love my new pillows. They’re magnificent. They quickly rise up when I’m not lying on them and plump up as if they’re brand new every time. Best buy of 2026 thus far! Thank you.

Excellent service in terms of the ordering process, timeliness of delivery and great information on products.

The items that I purchased are without doubt excellent quality.

I really liked the softness of the sheets and also that they make the fitted sheet a bit bigger so that there's room for shrinkage after washing.

Brilliant mattress protector and also topper. Very comfortable and well made. Delivery excellent. You get what you pay for with this company and I want my products to last a long time.

Scooms is a small company who are getting things just right. I ordered a pair of bath towels from them recently. The order was despatched promptly. Communication was great. The towels are thick, soft and fluffy. Top quality.
They have washed well and have good drying properties. I will definitely order from Scooms again.

There are few things that elevate rest into something truly indulgent, yet Scooms manages it with effortless grace. Their duvets, pillows, and mattress toppers are wonderfully comforting—luxuriously soft, gently buoyant, and as light as settling into a cloud at twilight. Each night feels like a quiet embrace, a cocoon of calm and restorative ease.

The bedding is equally enchanting. The Egyptian cotton sheets and covers are beautifully crafted—smooth, radiant, and imbued with a subtle elegance that speaks for itself. Slipping between them brings a sense of cool, refined comfort. In contrast, the linen sets carry a more relaxed allure—softly textured, breathable, and reminiscent of a gentle summer breeze against the skin.

Together, Scooms offers more than just bedding—it creates a serene, elevated experience that transforms the simple act of sleep into something quietly special.

I bought the Hungarian Goose-down duvet from Scooms on-line. I decided on the 2 in 1 option, with a 9 tog and a 4.5 tog, which can be easily clipped together to cover all the UK seasons.
So far, (March/April), I have only used the 9 tog and it is so wonderfully warm, and feels almost weightless, like sleeping under a fluffy cloud!
Since buying this fabulous product, I have never woken up in the middle of the night feeling hot and sticky as I used to do with my previous synthetic duvet.
Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, which in this case is a luxurious night's sleep.
