I purchased a 48z from Scott JCB in Aberdeen, and I have to commend the service – it's second to none. Shortly after, around the 20-hour mark, the tilting hitch had a hose issue, but the team promptly sorted it out by the next day.I made the decision to buy the excavator on a Monday, and by Thursday, it was at my doorstep. Eric, the salesperson, was exceptionally accommodating throughout the process.Without a doubt, I'll rely on them for any future plant needs. Excellent service as always from Aberdeen workshop with the purchase and servicing of digger. They are helpful from the minute you phone them. The mechanic will come and fix digger at earliest opportunity if there is ever an issue and always very happy to do so.
Would recommend Scot JCB to anyone who needed to purchase a digger.

I agreed to buy the excavator on a Monday and it was delivered on Thursday. Eric the sale chap couldn’t be more helpful.

We own a JCB 320s, after 2700 hours it dropped a valve, is this a general problem? after 2 machines we may move to Krammer

The build quality of the machine is not the same

Having initially missed the opportunity to purchase a near new machine, I was then offered the option of a new machine and was delighted with the flexibility of the purchase using JCB finance and received my brand new 19-C in approximately 4 weeks.

Beware buying jcb,Bought a jcb 18z 2018 model,ex demonstration with just over 100 hours on it and in excellent condition, levelling some hardcore out and the dipper ram went,contacted jcb and they said it wasn’t covered with warranty we can do you a new ram for £900.when stripped by a fitter the threads had stripped and the inside of the ram pulled straight out,poor quality workmanship and after sales,do not buy a jcb

Purchased a used JCB teletruck from Scot JCB. Unfortunately the machine was sold to me faulty and 6 months on, after numerous attempts to fix it by numerous Scot JCB fitters, it still remains faulty.

Our company Groundwork Services (Durham) Ltd have dealt with Scot JCB for many years, we find Machine Sales,Parts Department and Workshop to all give a very high standard of service, which gives confidence to ourselves.
