I ask for data record waited 2 years and have trauma was devastated to receive small price of papers with nothing mutch on it can’t call no one to talk to had rude ignorant girl not police who never wanted to hear anything told me to fill on another data request after this long this is not about me I was victim on request and no one cares or wants to do work it’s effecting my resume mental health so bad that had to get go to house I am going legal now heads rolling called Motherwell olive station over s year no one to talk to voice answers rude man ever told me he only dealt with custody criminals it seems victims get to talk to somebody victims don’t disgrace and why are they so rude just don’t want yo know not even your name nothing telling you to call 101 calling for a year no one disgrace

I travelled over 300 miles to Cairgroms, arrived in the dark,no other traffic,the road with woods left and right, small speed signs for few hundred yards 30 mph then large signs 50 mph,I was stopped in a entrapment speed traps,now driving for over 40 years ,ex military,I said the mitigation is straight road with no buildings or pavements,was told that during the day mountain bikes have tracks about two hundred yards from road,this doesn't seam right,as police officer was from eastern European country and my first id was my veteran card,fined me as didn't like UK veterans,this is not right,why no British police officers,that would have had common sense,this officer hated British people.

Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire Police Scotland. Biasedly refuse to properly investigate assault, near assault, hate crimes, and ongoing psychological abuse lasting more than 3 years. Because the complainer suffers from depression and anxiety, which falls under mental health. Complaint and review requests about to be started as this is technically discrimination.

I have had a complaint in with Police Scotland regarding the manner in which the Police behaved and acted, whilst attending my commercial premises, to seek CCTV footage, of a crime unrelated to me.
They bullied, harassed and attacked myself, as well as causing thousands of pounds of damage in obtaining the CCTV, by maliciously causing damage on premises.
Took me over two years to get my CCTV as well as my mobile phone as I had an app on my phone that allowed me to control my CCTV.
Made a complaint over two years ago to the the complaints body and it has not even been looked at yet.
I have had to foot the bill to repair the shutters at my premises, the glass door panel, as well as a commercial fridge that they damaged beyond repair.
I have been messed around enough and now its time for my voice to be heard.
POLICE SCOTLAND, NOT TO BE TRUSTED AS THEY LIE TO PROTECT EACH OTHERS BACK.
Hope whoever sees this, has some authority at Police Scotland and hangs their head in shame. No wonder you have lost the trust of the local people, when you treat them like this.

First off in the middle of the night a loud bang was heard in our close landing didn’t think much of it until I was taking our dogs out in the morning discovering a bit of a mess and what looked like a cardboard toilet roll holder that had been burnt on the end and what looked also like a fuse or part attached still and greyish powder all over the stairway/close and it had been hit off a front door flat so after I continued on stepping over the make shift bomb and trying to avoid stepping in the powder this was also at like 7 :15am so I was very much still waking up to get straight to the point the police where notified of this and they took almost 24 hrs before sending out 1 policeman to take statements but only from some “pretty useless and pretty much all neighbours in the block and the street I’m guessing are feeling on edge “what’s next” and before this incident the same neighbour had his window smashed at 1am police came out for that more promptly within a couple of hours and a lot more of them.

Over the past 2 years I have been harrased victimised and stalked. At any given time there are several drones outside My home, my parents house and despite reporting this to the police and having literally thousands of cctv and photographic evidence the police state THERE IS NOTHING THEY WILL DO. THE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY HAVE SAID THIS IS A POLICE MATTER AND DESPITE THE NEGATIVE IMPACT TO MY WELLBEING THE UNCARING EDINBURGH POLICE CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS USELESS

Police Scotland will not attend crimes. They depend on you hanging up the phone after an hour so you can’t report anything. If you persist, they will try to convince you they are not needed even for emergencies. Police Stations have all been closed and can no longer be considered a functioning service. Corruption is widespread and all they do is cover up the corruption, at best, and assault and murder by other officers. The SPA and PIRC are no better. This service needs closed down and local forces restored with public oversight.

Abnoxious 101 staff!
My father passed away last week. I cared for him over past 3 years in his decline created by a thieving sibling. I was his power of attorney, now executor and main beneficiary. I yesterday travelled to his property which is a considerable distance from my home to find a complete stranger breaking and entering into his house. I confronted the stranger and was assaulted for my efforts. I called 999 and police arrived and consequently arrested me!?? I ended up admitted into hospital with a minor heart attack and injuries to my head that were initially ignored by arresting officers who were goading me from the minute that they arrived at the scene of the incident. If it was not for the civilian staff at the station advising to take me to hospital then I would have been having a heart attack within the police cells. I then ended up with several officers at my bedside in hospital all day with me under arrest and then charging me with assault and breach of the peace when being admitted to ward!?? They never listened to any of my story and laughed at me when I was explaining that my father isn't even buried yet and my estranged sibling has my fathers house deeds as I found out after the carry on with the stranger breaking the door lock. Usual civil matter response from police scotland. Yet took statements from 3 liars breaking into my dads house and charging me who is the only person my father wanted there. My father disowned my sibling many years ago and police did not question her about how she obtained his house deeds or of any court order to access my fathers property. The police ignored my advice of there being cctv in the property and later lied saying that I said there was no cctv to which they had ignored earlier. Absolutely farcical. Now when trying to have my 999 reports from the incident addressed by 101 staff they just turn obnoxious and talking over and twisting everything I try to explain. One adviser said 'what do you want' and put me on hold and never returned. Unbelievable experience. Police Scotland are an absolute waste to the public purse!

Having raised seperate issues over the years, we have yet to find the police taking any action, they either fail to attend in person, want to conduct investigations over the phone, state that its a council issue where the council deem it to be a Police issue with no party ever taking any action.
Seriously think we would be better served with AI. It would save the public purse a fortune and you would have more realistic chance of something happening.

Male officers are now able to freely sexualy assault trabs woman

Vile. Phoned on Friday because of serious crime happening and safeguarding concerns (but not happening at the time for 999). Couldn't get through to anyone, just on hold. Tried again yesterday after my client notified me they were out of hospital.
Phoned them again today at 1.45pm after meeting my client, and said please don't call me until after 4.30pm as I'm at work and can't answer the phone and I do NOT want polis at the door. I was then called at 2.45pm.
I phoned 101 again, at 4.55pm, on hold for 35mins when wait time was reported on the line 3-5mins, got through and was told they'd phone the officer and connect me. They didn't answer so I was told to wait on a call back.
No calls at all until after 10pm when I'm sleeping cos I'm up in the morning for work. I got a rude AF text saying "we've made SEVERAL attempts to contact you and you haven't answered. Please call 101" just like the first call.
Phoned back to SCHEDULE a statement and got a vile operator who said "I'm not gonna apologise for anybody not phoning you until now, you don't come before emergencies. YOU should have answered your phone, and YOU should just call back because it's YOUR fault you're in bed at this time." I was also told that while I was on hold and trying to be connected to the officer they were phoning me so they made TWO attempts to phone me. Not several. Only person phoning several times is me.

How and WTF am I supposed to drop my counselling sessions with clients just cos the YOU decided to call me when it was written in the notes to NOT call. I'd spent half an hour giving the original call handler the situation that's going on because it's so complicated and involves multiple police forces across Scotland and England, there's credible threats to kill myself and my client who is a victim of severe domestic abuse. We're both receiving death threats, being shown how we'll be murdered with knives, strangled etc. I thought Police Scotland treated DV cases as priority 1 calls, yet your handler is saying it's not an emergency and I'm bottom of the pile?

I don't appreciate your call handler speaking to me like that as if this isn't serious because it absolutely is. I'm furious!

At what point do police think it's acceptable to phone someone at 10pm for a statement knowing that?! Why not just phone back in the morning? The rest of us work just like you lot, but we hold business hours and we sleep at night. I clearly stated to police the first time I got through that this will take a long time to speak about. Do you expect me to be speaking to you until 2, 3am and then go to sleep and up at 6.30am and go to work all day, managing complex issues people are coming to me to talk about?

I've made more attempts to call YOU back, in total I've spent 4 hours on f@+£)_g hold for just 35mins total time speaking to an actual person over multiple days. The calls you never answered on Friday were to notify you of concerning behaviour that I believed would escalate. 2 days later, oh look, it's escalated and my client has already been admitted and discharged from hospital with follow up appts yet Police Scotland STILL doesn't know about it because nobody answers the phone!

Police Scotland won't do anything until I'm found dead, just like when I was stalked for 4 years after being abused for 4 years. But hey, it's apparently NOT an emergency and I'm NOT worthy of the police's time as the call handler made it perfectly clear that she looks forward to taking the 999 call when I'm in a life or death situation; then take 3 rainy days to get there

You never come out for burglaries, stolen cars, assaults or car accidents until it's a week later and hopefully folk are still alive to give a statement. That's not hyperbole, that's the truth - Google car accident couple

Never see an officer, never see an open police station, never see them doing community outreach and the young male officers are absolutely sickening when you disclose to them you've been raped repeatedly by your partner and have other officers apologise on their behalf. A disgrace victims go through that

ZERO faith in police Scotland.
They won't do anything about my neighbours/hood. People that have made every single neighbour in this blocks a living hell FOR YEARS and PS just shrug and say "oh well, what can we do about it?" Last assault the woman needed blue lights to A&E and spent time in hospital and her flat was left unsecured for weeks. They never got a locksmith to fit a temp, secure lock/door. Just hoped nobody noticed the door completely off it's hinges and ajar.

I'm not surprised that people consider them racist and that includes Scottish people who are POC but never lived anywhere else. I had to deal with the police on two occasions once as a called upon witness in a street fight . This was not back in the 80s btw. This was something that happened in the last ten years in one of Scoltand's biggest cities . The Police man who took my statement kept omitting vital parts of my statement . The attacker had been racially abused victimised at random on the street by the subsequent victim. Prior to this they had been walking about minding their own business. I noticed that the Police Man who took my statement kept trying to miss out that part of it while getting me to sign the statement . Obviously I don't condone what the person did in reaction but valid mitigation is vital in all cases and should be considered as it is expected to be in any civilised society . When it comes time for the whig to pass judgment .

I noticed in the Police Station there was an advert for the masons. Hardly a good image to give the public considering Scotland has a significant catholic and minority population .

Two years ago I was implored to call the Police out after being attacked in my residence by a failure of a vigilante who tried to take the law into his own hands . This person was an ARBNB client and not even Scottish or local had no idea of who lived where in my apartment block however as he wanted to be colourist he targeted me we got into a altercation . When he tried to get physical . When the Police arrived to take a statement the male officer just barged into my house and tried to underplay the whole thing . Almost in a joke manner the female officer was empathetic however even though I had been in effect physically attacked they were not even prepared to keep the details of the trigger happy person on file. So he is free to act like this again god knows what damage he could do thanks to Police Scotland not keeping him on file and sharing his details amongst other forces . Any subsequent complaint to the Police force about his behaviour will not depict the full picture of this unhinged individual .
I have also been the victim of colour rist behaviour by Polish people the police were not at all helpful
in some encouraged the behaviour of these people who don't even have a British Passport .

The Police themselves are caught up in several on going legal and internal complaint investigations the captive tax payer keeps their coffers in supply. I would not expect justice when the courts are controlled by Lords and Ladies .

Devolution of the Police has only given them more options to cheat and undermine the public . The SNP and their fake nat agenda are the problem not the soloution that is why we need proper independence and progress. Instead of the nonsense of the SG.

Looks like a new Chief Constable ''female'' never worked considering three years has gone by. They for sure did not take advice on the forensic expert Professor Derrick Pounder a total disregard to him and to Alexina and my family. I can not wait for the judgement from Lady Anne Smith at the SCAI. Disrespectful and shameful and unforgiveable what they reap they sow. They never legally reply to me or family. We had to investigate her death ourselves those inquries commenced in 1981 mum and dad had no funds to investigate on the 31 August 1960 Alexina was murdered in a foster home in Dundee sadly we were deprived the truth. I'am glad the media published the truth. Lots more come that's for sure. They have no respect for us and the tables turned. They have not settled the claim its still outstanding. For sure they will never be trusted again. They took us for fool's. Five years on they have not resolved the claim if they had done after 2021 things would most certinly been on a better footing. My first review on Police Scotland for helping out solo men and woman who love alone, having distrubance from the drama people who enjoy no matter their age.
Very pleased with them really helping & not being they human beings who do nothing.
They are humans as well as Police force.
If people get bad officers remember its the human being not the officer.
