What a joke of a company
What a joke of a company . My dad passed away in sep25 January SP send me a cheque in my dads name so I called them to aske them to change it to my name 7 months later I am still fighting with them as they said the cheque was cashed its not been proven its not been cashed the bank confirmed this but they still are making it difficult for me to get a new cheque and close this . I have spoke to as many bereavement teams members not a complains person .
My dads cheque cant be cashed he has passed away and I could not present a cheque in someone else's name.
My experience with SP has been the worst. If I could give zero starts I would.
