Sam was very helpful with my custom fitting. The custom order was delayed. But Scottsdale were apologetic and kept the communication updates until the item was depatched.

Great customer service and resolution!
Leanne and the team at Scottsdale were very efficient, freindly and effecitve in resolving an issue in which the manufacturer put the wrong shaft in a custom club. Really great work with a fast turnaround! Would always reccomend especially due to Leanne and the customer experience team.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I’ve bought a few things from Scottsdale before and the service has always been great. On the one occasion my parcel went missing, Tanya in customer services sorted things out very quickly, with no fuss. Excellent all round.

Shopped with Scottsdale on a fair few occasions now, and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. I’ve even had courier problems, and Scottsdale were straight on the case and resent the following day.

Order cancelled and not communicated
After placing my order I received order confirmation, delivery notifications and more. Upon follow up 2 days after delivery was expected, I was told my order was flagged as fraud and was therefore cancelled. I had previously emailed and received no response. Very frustrating and ended up ordering from elsewhere. Not sure I would trust again due to the poor communication.

I bought a Garmin golf watch which became faulty after a year and a half. Oliver was super helpful, investigating the faulty watch and sending out a brand new replacement to me. It all happened quickly and easily.

Had to return a club that had developed…
Had to return a club that had developed a fault. Scottsdale provided a returns label almost immediately, the club was sent back to the manufacturer and even though it was officially out of warranty, a new head has been fitted to my original shaft and sent back. All took around 3 weeks.
Delighted to have my 5 iron back!!
