Really easy process, input the details on the site, accept the quote, wait for the call from the agent and arrange the collection. The agent kept me well informed and checked in the day before to ensure the timing was right and then turned up as stated. The handover was smooth and the payment cleared in just over a day. Overall a great experience.

Process couldn't be simpler
Process couldn't be simpler. Just entered my car details and got an immediate list of offers. Operator was very helpful and friendly. Once I'd selected an offer an operator called to confirm the details. I was then contacted by the local scrap company to arrange collection and payment. Very impressed by whole operation.

A very competent operative
A very competent operative collected my car. It hadn't run for 6 years and the battery was very flat, the brakes were seized, but he started it effortlessly and drove it onto his trailer.

A great experience
A great experience!
I must admit I was a little wary of letting the car be taken without receiving payment there and then. But all was absolutely fine.
The friendly chap I spoke to on the phone reassured me that I would receive payment on the same day by 6pm (which I did). The car was collected on time, and even though it was tricky to get it moving and a lot of hard work, the recovery driver was very polite and professional.
Will be using again for another car I have that unfortunately needs to be scrapped.

Smooth and professional service
Very professional service from first phone call to picking up car. Telephone staff clear and ready to answer questions. Instructions were clear and whole process quick from start to finish. The person collecting the car was precise in every detail especially health and safety. He and all involved were extremely pleasant plus I was offered more for my vehicle than any of the local companies.
