I used this company as it came up with the best price to scrap my car.
It didn't come up on a comparison site though, which gave me a much lower price.
I booked the pick up online for a day and time that was convenient for me.
The person who came to pick up my car was very friendly and was just so nice.
He arrived when he said he would , after phoning me to say he'd be here in 20 mins.
About 3 hours later the payment was in my bank.
I couldn't have asked for a better service.
Very reliable indeed.
I would definitely use this company again if the need arose

Gave me the highest quote arranged collection quickly and easy . Kept me informed of when time etc , driver called was so pleasant and helpful , when he came to collect was so respectful of drivers who were coming down the street and helping them get passed as he was loading real proper gentleman . Great experience. First of all they gave the highest quote to scrap my old car. It was simple to get a quote and then book a collection. I was kept up to date by text and email, and on the day of collection the driver rang me an hour before to say he would be with me. The only issue was that I'd booked an afternoon slot and they actually collected in the morning. This wasn't a problem because I had the day off anyway. The guys were polite and efficient and explained what I needed to do next. The website and emails said that payment should be in my account within 2 working days, but it actually appeared at 5.20pm the same day, bonus. In all a great and efficient service.

Organised collection of my van through the "scrap your van" section of the website. Called up around 5pm on the day of collection to see where their driver was and was informed that the job had been cancelled as they do not scrap vans.

Absolutely shockingly poor service. 3 days later and still no money for the car which was collected. Now claiming another 3 days to be paid, beware! Do not sell to these
