Delay in delivery and no understanding of shop

The shop offers a delivery service "within 48 hours after preparation of dispatch". Although my parcel was only delivered more than 72 hours after dispatch, there is no understanding of the shop after contacting them. They refer to a linked document (in French on a website in German language!) that would mention the 3-day-delivery to my country and refuse to give me a refund of the extra-fee I paid for this delivery-service.
I won't buy there again and recommend everybody not to buy anything there!
