Initially had a viewing for next week (Wednesday) but the employees me called me today (saturday) asking if I can have a viewing today. I agreed and showed up to the viewing at the decided time. However, I waited for one hour while constantly trying to reach somebody from the company. I had no viewing at all and nobody contacted me thereafter. Also to mention the woman talked about how it was okay if I was a little late, I guess I should’ve picked up from there. Extremely unprofessional. Please don’t be wasting peoples time, money and mostly importantly efforts. Why can’t I find -5

Impeccable service by Rawan. She takes her work extremely seriously and is very good at what she does. She has been flexible and accommodating for our needs. If you decide to use this lettings agency for their services, I you will certainly be happy with the result.

Absolutely horrendous experience. The company gives you no way of proper communication, sending you emails from "noreply" accounts and telling you to reply there, and doesn't give you a proper phone number so you keep getting the machine when you call. So you have to call the main number and go through the options every time you want to tell them something small, eg. change time of viewing. I raised this to them and they sent me another number which had the same problem.

On the day of the viewing I arrived 15 mins early, waited 30 minutes and the agent never showed up. He called me when I left to tell me he was inside. He didn't even text to let me know he was late or gave me a number to contact him when I was there. This is how I wasted 2 hours of my life yesterday.

Avoid.

I first found these guys on Google, when searching long and hard for somewhere to rent in London. I found the perfect property and placed my holding deposit, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to withdraw my application. Not only did Scraye offer their support, suggestions and options to me. But they returned my holding deposit in full within 24 hours. They understand my situation, offered me help, but also showed genuine care my returning my money in full. This deposit was non-refundable, so this wasn’t something they had to do for me. They just did. Thank you Scraye - you are one in a million.
