This has happened a few times for me - I do a little dropshipping to earn a bit extra money. For the passed few months I have actually lost money on orders that Scream Wholesale have messed up.

The latest order I placed was closed by Scream without notifying me in anyway. Actually the automated e-mail said my order was being packed and then a few days later I check, due to the customer asking me where her order was, and it now says closed.

Quite angry about this and very annoyed as it isn't the first time I have been messed about.

Due to this I have decided to close my dropshipping activities so I can stop wasting time messing about with orders and focus on my real business that actually makes money!

Can't fault so far. Quick service, good prices. Could ideally do with more items being in stock but must be hard guaging what will sell this month etc.

Staff are friendly and helpful over the phone.

Done a fair bit of trade so far and hoping it continues.

Scream Wholesale is the best wholesaler and drop shipper that I have ever used. There website is also the best wholesalers I have ever come across, easy to use and keeps me up to date. They always answer my questions in a timely manner and are always helpful.

Great products but there are a lot of mistakes in the product descriptions, which leaves me wondering whether the rest of the information ie. prices, sizes etc are correct. I feel this could be easily addressed and rectified.

i must say that the people behind the scenes at scream wholesale, are the best with excellent communication. on whats happenning with the orders. i dont need to worry about anything when i order from these guys. thanks for a excellent service.

The communications with this company are First Class, giving information about your order, email PDF invoice and letting you know when despatched that covers 3 emails and then the next day asking if the parcel has arrived and then comments. Fantastic comms. Keep it up.

We have een dealing with all areas of scream wholesale and every department, from John to Fiona to Jay are all first class. They are always prompt and nothing is too much trouble. This makes us feel just as important as their biggest clients!

Largely im happy with scream, there are a few issues with packaging but i would say that from contact to delivery the company is good.
Its not fantastic but im happy to deal in the future and see how things go.

great service, great price and well recommended!! its the cheapest supplier, our company buys over 20 of the mini moto's a year and they are by far the best. The competitors have a lot to learn from Scream wholesale!!

Dispatch and delivery times are very good and the free shipping on orders over £500 is great Stock control is also great but where i feel let down is contacting scream it feels like they dont realy want to talk. Not rude but just short and to the point not very friendly. Yes the guys are probibly bussy but i like to feel like a valued customer not just another sale.

The whole customer service part i can deal with but what realy bugs me is the fact these guys are retailing at rock bottom price basicly if i ad vat and a fiver to the wholesale price its usualy what they are retailing them for. Ive lost a sale due to there pricing and as a high street store we need to make a good profit to stay open. the customer also bad mouthed us as a rip off and i blame scream. Another sneeky trick is the minimum sale price is there retail price so if you go below this you would be losing money giving them competition and if your sell them cheaper than them they will stop supplying you. Its a bit of a shame as all scream is doing is sending 1 item paying postage etc when they could be selling 10 to us paying 1 postage fee and we would all be better off i think they would still make a good profit.

If scream didnt try to control the market or atleast set a reasonable retail price for there site id give them atleast 4 stars.

The reason i give scream 1 star is no other wholesalers i use do this to its retailers so why should i be let down by scream? sure most have retail sites but are fair to the retailers they supply.

Id also like to see some brand name bikes not just imports but thats there decision and i cant rate them for what they dont have. The imports are usualy good 4 strokes work great, 2 strokes can be tempramental but all 2 strokes are.

Please sort out your pricing scream !!!

Scream Wholesale always provide a great service. Any out of stock items are clearly highlighted online and it even allows you to set up a reminder so that scream can contact you when they are back in stock. Website is very easy to use and delivery is usually max 2 working days. We have only been trading with Scream for a short period but look forward to continuing doing business with them in the future.
