The owner of Scriptolution verified all reviews are true
We wanted to buy one of Scriptolution script we spend month testing the app but couldn't understand why so many bad reviews and no good reviews. We email them with a few questions, after 4 days of emailing and asking questions. The owner verified that the script works fine on the demo but no guarantee it will work well for buyers. Website stated "will fix bugs and free support" but he's email said otherwise. It looks great on demo but decided to buy from a different company with better support and friendly people. Read email below from Scriptolution Owner.
"As stated on the website, and acknowledged by yourself in previous messages, our return policy is there are no refunds or exchanges.
That means under no condition will you receive a refund or exchange if you purchase anything from us.
Since you fail to understand our refund policy by demanding to be refunded if you think you discover a bug and we refuse to fix it for you, my recommendation to you is to have someone who understands english explain what it means to you, since if you understood you would not be asking for refunds when it states no refunds.
Also, no if you think you found a bug we will not fix it for you.
If you think you discovered a bug you can show us step by step how to replicate it on our demo website.
We will then determine ourselves if it is a bug or not.
If it is not a bug and simply the way it was meant to work, then of course nothing will be done.
If we do determine it to be a bug then we will work on a new update, which can take up to several months depending on the scale of things and our workload, and once a fix is created we will release a software update, which you will have to apply on your own.
Should you need help applying update we do charge extra for that.
We do not check any possible bugs on your website, it must be identified on our demo website, which runs the default script with no custom changes. And no we do not care about any reviews, good or bad, only you seem to care about that."
This email simply verified that all reviews are true, the owner is rude and angry, scripts might not work as showing on demo. He doesn't support the script and if he does that might take months for an update and by then your support will be expired and might need to pay for it.
