These shoes for Cassie (my dog) are excellent. She had somehow worn the black pads on her foot off, making it very sore and infected. These shoes have done the trick and her feet are back to normal. The shoes will be great in bad weather and especially in snow.

I was given details of how to send back the incorrect sized harness with a freepost address and the correct sized one was sent first class and recieved the day after postage. The harness fits perfectly and is exactly what I wanted.

Very impressed with this company and will defiantly use again.

Strong yet quick and easy to put on. No need for other support such as tape or lace. Grip good enough even for a skinny greyhound foot. Nice and stretchy so easy to put on. Completely waterproof and lasts a moderate time if the ground is soft. Great invention and reasonable price bearing in mind their usefulness.

I shopped with Scruff MacDuff for the first time this month and was really impressed with the service. I ordered in the evening, the item was dispatched very quickly the next morning and I received it the following day. I bought replacement lenses for a pair of Doggles; excellent value at £3.95, a good reduction on the normal price. The range of stock seems very good, so I'll certainly shop here again.

I've purchased a couple of items - doggles and a running belt/lead, both arrived quickly and have been delighted with the doggles to protect our GSDs eyes in the sidecar and the running belt is brilliant, wish I got one years ago, makes running a lot easier with the hound!

When my product still had not arrived eight days after shipment I sent the company an email. Result: no reply. Being anxious, I sent another email. Result: no reply. More anxious than ever I telephoned the company and was told that I would get a reply that day. Result: Two days on I still have not had a reply. The product has now arrived but oh! What a painful process this has been. Is this really good business?
