I was pleased with how they put together my furniture and when I asked them to move them into position they did so. When they came in to see layout I told them furniture was normally taken in through patio as it was awkward through front door. After they left I noticed they had damaged the post for vestibu!e door and I checked my front door and the post was also damaged. I was annoyed because I had told them about it and they didn't have the decency to tell me. I took some photographs but unfortunately can't attach them.

I had an excellent experience with the staff member Sam who assisted me in purchasing my furniture. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the process. Delivery guys were great even although…
Delivery guys were great even although it was a tight squeeze getting it in!
Unfortunately the join for the two parts of the sofa has been positioned incorrectly which means the sofa is not sitting correctly and there are some marks on one of the cushions. There were also missing foam pads for the feet.
I am waiting for a call back from the company and hopefully get everything resolved

To start with they were fantastic in the shop. I'm now 3 weeks over my delivery date and still getting the same answer, it'll be with us on the next truck. I wouldn't mind if they hadn't given me a delivery date.

This does have an estimated lead for delivery around 09/10/26 which is shown on the confirmation document that was emailed over to you.
