The salesman in the Lincoln store was outstanding.
The delivery team were polite but unfortunately we had to ask them not to wear their shoes on the brand new cream carpet. They said Poltron did not supply overshoes and it was a health and safety issue. The older or senior man then put blankets down.
This took the edge off what would have been an excellent delivery.

Delivery was a quick and easy process, the staff in the Lincoln store were very helpful and easy to talk to regarding my order and the sofas in store. Our sofas are so comfy and look lovely in our house and I can’t fault the whole experience from the start. Will definitely be recommending to anyone and everyone.

Staff did not immediately approach me, which I find pleasing, just made it known they were there to help if needed. I went away to look somewhere else and then came back. The gentleman I approached for help was so obliging and he was with me for quite a long time, we had such a laugh and eventually sorted out was was needed. Good service. Even when I left all the staff where acknowledging and saying bye

Just that everything went like clockwork. And the delivery people were very polite and they were very helpful.

We researched which sofa we thought we might like, found it in store and purchased it.
Staff in store were helpful and friendly,
Delivery arrived following messages informing us of delivery date and time. Phone call from driver letting us know they would be with us in 30 mins. Both delivery men friendly, efficient and soon had the sofa in place and constructed. All packaging taken away.

Tracking worked very well kept informed and on time . When the two sofas were brought in it was pointed out there was damage/large split to the fabric on the bottom of the sofa phots were taken and we were asked if it needs to be reported ? We have waited a long time and spent a lot of money surely this should have been picked up at boxing stage but wasn’t. I am now waiting to see what will be done to rectify the issue

Great customer service in store. Not too pushy. Gave us time to browse uninterrupted, but salesman was there to assist when needed. Sofas were delivered within the specified time period. Arrived at given time on the day. Good contact with notifications of exactly when they would be here. Chris and Terry were polite and respectful of our property. They unpacked the sofas, placed them exactly where we wanted them and took all the packing away. Sofas are great and very competitively priced.

The people in the store were very nice and not pushy at all.And that's what I like when I vist stores.

Me and my partner went in to the store for a look around on a sunday afternoon. We became aquainted with Jayne who helped us understand what exactly we were looking for. She didn’t try to sell us the most expensive items but sold us a sofa that she knew would suit us and our needs. She went above on beyond with us, bringing us refreshments on a hot day, getting to know us and just having a nice laugh together. We used their financing option which she talked us through with her colleague, Chase, and they answered all of our questions. Huge shoutout to Jayne for being so genuine and kind to us :)

Overall it was an excellent service. buying the furniture was easy and well explained but what let the experience down was being ignored by the staff once the final payment was made. The delivery team were excellent, friendly and efficient a credit to the company.
