I am most impressed with the service from this company and all its staff. I was kept informed throughout the time I waited for delivery. The two men who brought the furniture were smart, well mannered and very polite and helpful.

Just purchased a 3 + 2 seater sofas from the poltrone sofa store in Thanet. The best smelling Sofa store in the UK!! Aided by Penny and an incredibly patient Aaron,( both a credit to the store) . They displayed an unprecedented knowledge on the products available, whilst giving us the space and Time to come to the right decision for ourselves. We have purchased a few sofas in the past, but, by far none as easily, nor clear, as this. Would not hesitate in buying again, Cheers guys, Great Service!.👍

Pleasant sales environment. Low pressure, knowledgeable staff, good range of furnishings. Nice coffee - little things all help.
Delivery guys were good (van was a tad shabby, but I suspect independent couriers don't have access to the bags of gold the likes of UPS do. I approve of the use of small businesses though - so keep it up :-)
