I made my money back within 6 weeks of purchasing my machine and was completely blown away!!! I have continued making an exceptional amount of money from this purchase and I could not be happier. I will definitely be purchasing more machines for my business! Thanks so much guys ♥️

I honestly can’t thank Sculpt Pro enough for the incredible experience I’ve had since purchasing my Liposhape Pro. From day one, the support has been outstanding, especially from Paul and Cath, who have both gone above and beyond as I began my journey in the industry.

Paul has been absolutely amazing, not just during the purchase process, but in the weeks and months after as well. He regularly checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly and is always just a message or call away. His advice, reassurance, and genuine care have made me feel fully supported every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone so invested in their clients’ success.

Cath has been incredible too. Her training was clear, professional, and easy to follow, and she’s always been there for me since, no question is ever too much. And I ask a lot of questions! I brought a laser hair removal machine with sculpt pro & I have had amazing results for all my clients & I am really happy. Also their customer service is incredible I always get a response straight away I would recommend them to anyone!

I write this review as a warning to anyone thinking about investing their money in machines with this company, don’t! The machines aren’t cheap and the aftercare is so poor.

I bought a Cryo Quattro from this company in March 2023 and have nothing but issues with it. I have constantly been fobbed off by their tech team telling me to ‘keep an eye on it’ or it’s user error. My machine has had multiple failures including a serious freeze burn on a client and despite advertising a 48hrs on site call out, I can assure you that doesn’t happen. Blame is always shifted back to you somehow and no accountability is taken by the company at any time.

Most recently I was lent a machine when I finally had them agree to take my machine in for a serious assessment and it too malfunctioned and caused a heat burn to my client…. Did they care? No not really!

The machines they sell are expensive and to be honest I question how much they really know about them. Most feedback from tech support barely goes past the obvious.

If you aren’t local to Manchester be aware on servicing on the machines is at their premises or pay huge mileage fees and per hour travel charges. This was missold to me and others I know.

Unfortunately despite spending £30k with them in 12 months they don’t value my custom and are unwilling to offer any viable solution to the fact my machine has poor results and constantly has errors so I have no choice but to take it to court. Even their owner promises to come back to you and doesn’t! It’s a world of smoke and mirrors from start to finish.

I am so disappointed. Their only saving grace is the lovely Lesley in the training team. She is the only one who I believe genuinely cares about the customers and in turn the service we provide our customers with the machines. Investing in this company is the biggest mistake I have made in a long time. Don’t be me.
