Darren did a great job fixing our boiler. Was efficient and tidy and gave a great competitive price. Will be using again and recommending to others.

Great service from start to finish. Our really old boiler was leaking water so we decided to replace. Quick visit from Darren to quote, with a couple of different options given for how we could proceed. We decided to go with a boiler with 12 years warranty (as SDP are approved fitters) and as our boiler was leaking they fit us in really quickly for install. Install day was excellent service too. Dan and Dylan are a credit to the company, install completed quick, clean and professionally. They even tidied up the mess the pipework had been left in by the previous boiler installer. Lastly, and here is where they really earned a 5 star plus review (but can only give 5 starts). We have issues in our area with low water pressure so had some teething issues with the boiler giving warning messages. Emailed the office had a response in about an hour and had a visit early next morning. Some much confidence was given in the after sales care by those visits to resolve the small teething problem we had. We will be using this company for all our plumbing and boiler servicing from now on and have already recommended to family members.

I also loved the WhatsApp communication who doesn’t love that these days… I appreciate all you’ve guys have done as my boiler was war times one and it was absolutely costing a bomb to use… brand new Worcester boiler and radiators throughout it’s going to be a cosy winter this year … I couldn’t of done this without you guys at all… What a fabulous price for the work that has been completed 👍🏻

This was the first time I had contacted SDP. The engineer arrived on time. Having explained the problem I was having with the boiler he carried out the appropriate checks and a thorough service of the boiler. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and at a fair price. Would highly recommend.

Great communication. SDP was recommended by a friend and i am so pleased. I now have a competent reliable company to use for any boiler related issues i may have in the future. I had my boiler serviced and was very impressed with the quality of the work and the engineer who was friendly and i highly recommend SDP.

They came quick and fixed everything in an hour or less. So grateful to have our underfloor heating back and working!

Joe from SDP Plumbing & Heating Ltd arrived on time (Wednesday 10th December) to carry out routine annual service on both of our 2x external oil boilers. He was friendly, polite and professional, and completed both jobs efficiently within the estimated timeframe, and fee. Based on today's experience, we would definitely recommend SDP for boiler servicing, and will look to book with them again next year when the next service(s) fall due.

While Joe was on site, we also arranged for one of their plumbers to attend in 2 days time (Friday) to remove a faulty toilet cistern and install a replacement which we had sourced ourselves.

UPDATE:
Jay attended our property (Friday 12 December) to remove a faulty toilet cistern and install the replacement in our downstairs cloakroom. He was friendly, polite and professional at all times. Although the cistern we ordered was from the same manufacturer as our old one, and the same bathroom range, there were a couple of modifications needed to the existing plumbing in order to fit the new cistern. Jay talked us through what needed to be done, and proceeded with the job without any delay or fuss! Once he had finished, he tidied everywhere in the cloakroom before leaving.

Based on today's experience (and our previous experience, when Joe serviced our oil boilers 2 days ago), we shall certainly use SDP Plumbing & Heating Ltd again for any future work, and have no hesitation in recommending them for boiler servicing & plumbing.

Had our central heating pump changed by SDP Plumbing and Heating, as our pump was over 30 years old it gave the plumber a few problems getting it disconnected, but he managed to do it with out much trouble. So very pleased with a difficult job well none. The plumber was efficient and friendly and left no mess. Would definitely recommend this firm to others.
