Your order was received on 1st July at 7:43pm and was despatched in full on 2nd July. Unfortunately, after leaving us, the shipment experienced a number of issues within our long-length courier's network, including failed delivery attempts and loading errors, which were entirely outside of our control. That said, we appreciate that this doesn't make the experience any less disappointing, and we're sorry that you had to chase for updates.
We have already raised this with the courier and are investigating what went wrong to help prevent this from happening again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope you'll give us the opportunity to provide you with the level of service you should expect from us in the future.
