Would starve to death without it

In these "unprecedented times" the very concept of having to feed myself every single day MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY can sometimes be too much to bear. Seamless takes some of the weight off that existential burden by making it easy to order food and filter by whatever parameter I want. Seamless: keeping depressed people alive since 1999.

Incompetent company

I am amazed by the incompetence of this company. I tried to place an order and had to sign up first. When I clicked for the final step, I just go a buffer sign, but I got an email from my credit card company that I had been charged. I called customer service and they couldn't find me from my phone number or email address and confirmed that no order had gone though. In other words, I got charged and I'm not getting any food. I hope the fight with Citibank won't be too difficult. I also was surprised that even in a situation like this, customer service has no way of getting an order into the system. Needless to say, I am never doing business with Seamless. The idea is to save me time, not be a burden

Ive been using Seamless for years…

Ive been using Seamless for years now and never had an issue with them. People seem to blame seamless for restaurant issues. But when I've gotten an order that was wrong, Seamless quickly issued a refund. Their reps are so polite and have never been rude. In fact, I once had a restaurant not fulfill my pick up order. The rude cashier told me it's not her problem and to "call seamless". I'm glad I did because seamless canceled the order, gave me a full refund and a coupon code for $10 off my next order. I dont have the issues I have with Uber Eats. I've compared their pricing and Seamless usually is cheaper for the same restaurants too. My only gripe is that I hope seamless is giving the full tips to its delivery persons. They're heroes for the non-stop work they've done during a pandemic. Pay them their fair wage

DO BETTER.

SEAMLESS HAS THE WORST DELIVERY DRIVERS KNOWN TO MAN. THEY CANNOT FOLLOW A MAP AND WILL LITERALLY PICK UP YOUR FOOD HOURS AFTER IT HAS BEEN READY. ON TOP OF THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE A TIP BUT FOR WHAT? PLEASE GET BETTER COURIERS. RESTAURANTS ARE ALREADY BAD AT PREPARING ORDERS AND IN MY CASE, MY ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG. TO DEAL WITH BAD DELIVERY ON TOP OF THAT IS TOO MUCH ICING ON THE CAKE. GET IT TOGETHER!

Seamless is not seamless

We ordered McDonalds though Seamless, the driver didn't speak any English and couldn't follow the directions given to find our address. 2 calls with her as well as text, 2 chats with customer service and a phone call with customer service, an hour later we had cold McDonalds. Definitely not worth $40. They gave their scripted empathy but offered no credit whatsoever.

I appreciate the fact that I get my food delivered to me when im anywhere in NYC bad weather or not. When I'm not in a good condition for me to go get it myself a wonderful worker always rescue me thank you seamless.

NEVER AGAIN

I will never use there service again. This was our first time ordering through Seamless. We didn't get all of our food. I called customer service, and they were just as horrible. Told me they could not redeliver...WOW!
