Impossible to Manage My Booking

I booked a flight operated by Seacharter and have been trying to contact them for days, but I receive no response through any channel. I need to add extra baggage, yet there is no guidance and no way to manage my booking.

Transavia, who operates the aircraft, informed me that they cannot locate my booking in their system because it is a charter flight and that I must contact the tour operator for any services — including baggage. However, Seacharter has not replied to any of my emails.

I even tried reaching out through LinkedIn, hoping to get some form of support, but still received no answer.

At this point, I am left without any assistance or solution, which is extremely stressful and inconvenient.
I urgently request support from Seacharter to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

It works, you will get your ticket but bad customer support

I booked a flight from Berlin to Paris with Air France a via Searcharter. I was quite nervous because I couldn’t find my booking at Air France and after calling them twice they couldn’t find my name on the flight list. I also wrote to Searcharter how exactly this works and how they ensure that I wil get on my flight but got no reply. Yet, on the day of the flight I checked in at the Aird France counter (as Searcharter said) and they really found and all was good and I got my birding ticket. Tip: book a seat flight in advance when booking a Searcharter flight as otherwise the flight might be overbooked.

SCAM ALERT! CHEATERS!

This "company" sold me in July flight that doesn't exist, I called the airline and they didn't have legal permission to operate. They stole me 200 euros! I am calling every month since then and they just keep telling me that next weeks I get my money, all lies. I don't know what to do, I will write a bad review on the internet for everyday that they keep my money.
Such a lack of ethics, its difficult times for everyone and they steal a poor person who only wants to visit his family to keep them richer.... Shame on you

Appalling service

This company seemed to be involved with an airline booking made on Opodo.

No references given by then are recognised by the airlines.

They don't answer support tickets raised on their website.

They don't answer emails.

It took ten calls to speak to someone, no one ever calls back and when I did speak to someone he was rude and acted as though i should understand the airline industry, and still didn't resolve my issue.

Insist this company is not part of your transaction and avoid like the plague.
