Avoid !!!! 100% scam,
The tickets that cost 2,200 SEK per person on the airline's website were sold to me for 3,700 SEK per person on seat 24 avoid to choose this one.

One flight on our trip got cancelled (from Stockholm to London). After over 3 mounths Seat24 had still done nothing to rebook the flight. We called them on phone and wrote to them so many times (I cant count it). It was like talking to a wall. Several weeks passed and we called seat24 every day. Nothing happened. The hole trip was to the the Philippins and back. After calling/writing to them several times per day we finally got the tickets one week before departure.

I warn people to book any flight through Seat24, they are deceived and do not take responsibility. I lost about $300.

A big scam with a kind approach. Customer service is lacking everything, chat operators are ridiculously stupid and have no knowledge to answer questions and direct customers properly. The customer is equal to a trash bag in the eyes of this scam travel agency. Don’t waste your time and money with this scamming company.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE REPORT THESE SCAMMERS TO THE POLICE

My flight got cancelled one month ago and Seat24 wont take any responsibility for me getting my money back. They only give me a standard answer "we dont know when you will get your money back and we will update you later"

I needed support to update the date on my flexible ticket. I think I got quick and smooth help through the chat on their web page.

VARNING! I had a emergency situation on my holiday to Los Angeles and needed to get back to Sweden as soon as possible. By the company Seat24 and Iberia I made a booking from Los Angeles to Stockholm. Arriving to London Heathrow the information was given that my flight was canceled. I fully understood the reason of cancelation, that was not the issue, the issue was everything that happened after. I was given information to contact Seat24 to get a rebooking. After several different calls to Seat24 they told me that they couldn’t help me and that I should talk to British Airways. The staff told me in the airport that they could not help me either and I should talk to Seat24 again. In the end I had to get my own way home!! NEVET EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

DO NOT book with this company.
They avoid helping. Poorva, change job- please. I have learned my lesson, next time i have to check with reviews. He/She/they said there isnt a next flight with the airline im taking. So later on I checked on the same page and there was too a flight the next day!!

I bought a Wizz air ticket from Belgrad – Stockholm on 4th August 2022.
I canceled the flight and raised a request to Wizz air to make a refund which they have on 26th August 2022 to the seat24 bank account because I bought the ticket through them.
To this date, I am contacting seat24 customer service and didn't get my refund. They have very poor customer service and they don't bother to help you.

My flight was cancelled and so am still awaiting my money - 3 months Ove been waiting.

Our flight got canceled and the airline paid out the money to seat24, then I have to contact seat24 to get my money because they will not contact you, then 1/4 of the money was gone when seat24 transferred the money, it’s a small fee but a lot more vanished

Worst experience ever! Do NOT book with this agency. My flight got cancelled, it has been going almost a month and I still didn’t get the refund. The airline refunded the same day but they are saying that it is still being processed. I’ve been speaking to at least 10 different people that are saying different things, they even sent me to lufthansa that has NOTHING to do with the booking. Nobody takes responsibility, it is the worst customer service ever. SO SO BAD!

I was looking for cheaper tickets for travel to Asia around March this year. I saw Seat24 had a nice offer, the cheapest so far. I booked right away so no one else could take it. So our trip was scheduled for departure 3 of July. Around June I received an email that a part of the flight was cancelled by the airlines due to covid. Then the next day another part was also cancelled due to Russia-Ukraine conflict. I was able to do new reservation. They said I will wait for 79 hrs that ended up one week only to be informed that there are no more seats available. Then another reservation that resulted to nothing. I then contacted the airlines then I found out that Seat24 is the one messing up the whole thing. The airlines said they received my payment and they will instead fix everything for me with my permission. So we are travelling! Thanks to the airlines. An answered prayer. What an awful experience. They are only after money. Fraud and bluff!

Crappy customer service. My flight was cancelled and for weeks I've been calling them and al they tell me is to call back beacause the cant help me at current situation. Long telepgones ques. Reconnected many times. Trubles with techniques and disconnected. By far the worst customer services I have expirinced!

Booked two return tickets to Paris and recieved a total cost of 6050 SEK before putting in my credit card details. Instead of charging my credit card with 6050 SEK they added an additional fee of 2700 SEK to the charge which I never accepted. They never admitted to doing wrong and said it was the airline that had inceased price during the 10 minutes I used to book the tickets. However, if I would of booked directly with the airline the cost would have been 6050kr. Will never use SEAT24 again.

Refuse to give refund for cancelled flight.
