My only issue I had with SBP was that my selection of the red was too dark for my application. SBP on their end were courtesy and helpful with my return and reorder.

They addressed my order incorrectly (after giving specific address details), causing a delay in delivery and costing me extra money.
When I contacted the company about this, they didn't even respond.
Not very good customer service in my opinion.

My seat belt was exactly as it was pictured on the website. Great construction/quality. I have purchased a teal and a pink sunburst for our ice cream truck a few years apart, they looks exactly the same(minus the color). Will definitely come back for any future purchases!

I don't like to give bad reviews but
I don't like to give bad reviews but. Took too long to receive them. The buckle will not move freely. Had buckle replaced with original. Recoil spring not strong enough to pull belt adequately. Hole drilled for mounting was not deburred. Send Back? To much hassle. Sorry for the bad review but it is what it is.
