I can’t speak highly enough of the service provided by John in Seat Systems. I had an unusual outdated seat brand in an old John Deere which he didn’t have parts for. However he gave up an hour of his time insisting on calling people until eventually we figured where we could order the part from Europe (which he was not making anything on) He then gave me a few air fittings and would not take a penny for anything. A year later I was in for a part for a grammar seat on a Deutz. He went through everything helping me understand what I needed to do to sort the issue despite making very little profit on the part I was buying. John is not just interested in taking a much money as he can of you. He’s a real genuine sound man. I highly recommend seat systems if you’re looking to upgrade or repair your seat. Ordered a product from their website. It got lost in the mail the first time and took longer than expected to arrive. Getting throug on the phone was also a bit challenging.

They sent a new shipment before everything was sorted out with the postal services on their part, and they've been very apologetic afterwards, wanting to compensate for the problems. The last couple of times I've called them it's also been a lot easier to get trough on the phone.
