On Monday, June 12th, I bought two tickets for the Coldplay concert on July 15 in Paris, first of all thanks to the staff for the speed with which the electronic tickets were loaded on my profile (the next day). I’ve some questions to you because it is the first time that I bought tickets on your platform:

- Is it enough to print the electronic tickets and present them to the event? I do not need the originals? (I ask it because during the payment they ask me for the address of the residence, I thought I should still get the original tickets);
- I noticed that tickets are NOT nominative but they only have a bar code, I have some perplexity because the seller is holding the tickets bought by me and could in turn resell them to someone else. Do you have control systems for this?;
- How do I check the authenticity of the tickets? I read that you have an insurance that in any case reimburses but I would at all costs avoid going to Paris and then not be able to enter to the concert. So is there a way to check the authenticity of the tickets?

I apologize for the questions but I repeat that it is the first time I bought on your platform, I still do not have the very clear ideas, although I have tried to solve the questions to get your FAQ, I would like a direct comparison if it is possible.

I don't understand if eTicket are sufficient to enter, or if I need to receive the physical ticket through postal service!
Please let me know!! I already bought the flight and would be so bad if the printed etickets are not valid!!!

From my own page on SEATWAVE, after receiving the tracking code by UPS, my delivery got in troubles: "missing documents in the package" and UPS has sent them back to the sender!!! On my own page on SEATWAVE is written my tickets have been delivered!!! Are you kidding me?!?!?! That's not true, I didn't!
Thus...I want immediately an answer from you!!!! IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

I chose eTicket option and received ticket imediately which is fine. The problem is that the ticket is under the original owner's name - if the owner decides to go for the concert with the same eTicket, he will enter and I can't because my name is not on my ticket but its his. In my opinion this is not acceptable and Seatwave SHOULD at least communicate with seller to change name accordingly (This is very easily done via the ticket website from which it was purchased!). Please help!

I don't mind you don’t own any of the tickets sold through your site. The site is yours and you got the money (that i paid one month ago!) and you are the one who must respect the contract between you and me.

Your call center told me 2 times "I'll call you back in few hours" but they never do it.

I want my ticket and I'm not interested in refound. Othewise I will sue Seatwave for damages. I've booked hotels, cabs and many other costs!

I've never had problems with this site, from the very firts moment I subscribed. They answer immediately when you contact customer care, I've always received payments and booking confirmations as soon as I payed on the site, and the newsletter is ok.
Thanks to Seatwave I could buy two ticket for me and my best friend for Primavera Sound Festival, and it was one of the best experiences I had in my life, thank you.
The only thing I don't like is that payments with Paypal are not possible, I had to borrow my mother's credit card once because I didn't have one at that moment. Anyway it's nothing so bad, the site is perfect. I have a credit card now, and in any case I've never had problems with payments.
