Impossible to get a bank account for NON-EU citizen

I have a bad experience with opening a bank account in SEB bank.
I am an Ukrainian citizen who had been living in Denmark the last 9 years. Together with my husband we moved to Vilnius because of work.
I came to the bank with a passport, a Lithuanian id-card, a certificate about my declared residence place and employment contract but it was not enough for to open the account.
- they ask me to explain how I used to pay for the rent🤷‍♀️ I am married and my husband paid for the rent, but it was unsatisfied answer for SEB bank.
- they ask me to provide all available extended Danish bank account statements with the senders of funds, recipients of funds for the last 6 months. until the date of application to SEB Bank, in English, in PDF format. I have explained that my Danish bank account, a residence card doesn’t work anymore because I have signed out from Denmark and I am not an EU-citizen.
But for my husband they opened it from the first time with less amount of documents than I had.
And the service was also very unprofessional by Viktorija at the Konstitucijos pr. 24 in Vilnius!

Monthly draw-downs.

I have no real issue with the performance of my investments but I have had a very poor experience with a monthly drawdown payment.
My most recent scheduled payment simply did not arrive. I had to contact them.
Apparently an IT issue was the cause. Eventually my money arrived nearly two weeks late.
No apology at all.
How would they feel if they didn't receive their monthly pay check I wonder?

Worst company for healthcare…

Worst company for healthcare insurance!!! SEB Tryggliv refuses to book doctors appointments and do all they can to not allow me to go to a doctor. They are freakishly rude and sometimes hang up the phone while in mid-conversation!!! There is no way to speak to a manager abput aöl the problems, the only way is to aend an email which is useless. I have been a paying customer for 11 years and get treated like crap!!!
