Excellent customer service. Wide variety of products and fitting options compared to other companies. Used them twice now.
If you are unsure as to the best option for your particular windows I'd recommend calling them and they will advise what option will work best for you. They will recommend the best one , not just the most expensive. I found them V helpful and am pleased with the difference it's made in terms of noise and draughts

Pre sales, support was helpful in providing advice, and delivery was quick. However, for my large panels (including one over 2m long) the company has woefully delivery and packing. The package arrived ripped with a sheet sticking out unprotected. I specifically asked in advance if the edge of panes needing polishing and was told it was not needed. That was wrong for my panes. I needed gloves to move the large pane and this may go to explain why the large pane punctured the packaging on its edge as the thin tape used was insufficient.

Alex, Ian, and I’m sure the others at SecondaryDIYglazing are excellent at what they do. Alex especially, is excellent in comms, and all 20+ panels I’ve had cut have been to the mm precise. I collected, and everything has been ready for me, postage refunded super quick. And all with a smile and a joke, and super nice guys.
Would absolutely go back to them. They just their job efficiently, but with an honesty and personal touch.

Absolutely brilliant - clear pricing, great service, fast & secure delivery. Wish I'd done it sooner!! One year on and my stained glass windows are still draught proof and secure.

The company is excellent but delivery was a mess - no communication from courier, wrong street, damaged packaging but actually the polycarbonate sheet and strips were fine once I collected them from the wrong address. Turns out they have to use commercial couriers due to size of the items and that’s very different to retail in my experience - expect things not to always go smoothly and to just deal with problems and get on with it!
Secondary DiY were quick to offer full support if there had been a problem with the product and that means I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

I put an order in and got an email a day later saying the sizings I'd submitted may not work, and offering solutions. I was really grateful they didn't just accept it, knowing it could be problematic. After a number of really helpful email exchanges with Alex, we got what we needed. Delivery was really good and it's already making a difference to the warmth in the room. I would absolutely use these guys again

I purchased two large and tall pieces (and magnet tapes) for my windows in the autumn, delivery was excellent -next day and in perfect condition-. Since being away and returned, I finally managed to put them on my windows now, and the result is superb! No condensation whatsoever and excellent insulation. Aesthetically also great. I had the privilege of using this company last year. I have only got round to using the vertical sliding sash system recently on my grade 2 listed property. Well I have to say the system has made a huge difference, heating in the rooms is now getting to a higher temperature and also noticed a difference in sound isolation. Communication with the company is second to none. It's great to see a British company producing great products. Review from one very happy customer.

Cannot rate Alex and Ian highly enough. They were so helpful and patient in talking through all my requirements and recommending the best solution. They kindly looked at all photos I sent them of all my windows and even sent me a detailed annotated diagram overlaid over the photo showing me exactly where to measure. They answered all my subsequent questions over the phone afterwards to ensure I ordered exactly the right MagnetGlaze products. I am very hopeful with their help it will resolve my windows' heat loss and condensation problems. Thank you so much.

Excellent company to deal with, great product, sheets were cut perfectly, courier damaged one sheet and the company replaced it the next day, cannot fault the service.
Take your time using the mitre block and the finish will turn out very neat, already can feel a difference in the room, warmer, no draughts. Will buy again

Easy to order online and the glazing arrived in the time frame

Easy to use and friendly. Refund of my delivery charge was missed, but quickly sorted as soon as I raised concern.

The sliding panels make a difference of as much as 6-7 degrees in very cold weather. They also reduce heat in hot weather.

Ordered Monday afternoon, product delivered Wednesday lunchtime to rural Devon. Two windows done with clip glaze polycarbonate and one sliding polycarbonate. Old cottage with condensation issue which is now resolved on these windows, few more to go. Very happy with product and results, definitely recommend. You do need to measure carefully and read the instructions thoroughly before ordering.

The DIY secondary glazing has made a huge difference to my conservation area regency flat with enormous windows and no double glazing - double glazed sash windows are eye watering expensive, magnetic secondary glazing has been a brilliant option, I’ve recommended to friends
