Having said that: perhaps have the programs and interfaces checked by a native English speaker? There are quite a few grammar and spelling errors.

Every time I have needed Secpoint support, it was quick, professional, and the problem was solved quickly.

After a problem that my VM had, Jan solved it in less than 15 minutes and knew the exact issue there and then. Thank you Jan and hope to request more support in the future.. Great Job SecPoint!!

We had a problem with the firmware not updating.

I bought a Portable Penetrator and I had problems with the installation. I called the company on their live chat and Brian had my problem fixed within 15 minutes. It was prompt and excellent service!

I've been using secpoint portable penetrator for a while now but lost track of it and didn't use it lately.
Got a personal webinar from Victor this morning showing me all the new features.
Ofcourse i wanted to test it immidiately but the login was inactive ... he fixed it 2 mins after me asking... Perfect!
then i had some issues activating, he used teamviewer and activated and updated mu PP2000 to the latest version right away.

I purchased this product over 12 months ago to test out my office and how secure my network is , After 12 months i renewed and had some problems getting the firmware to update , Victor has helped me a few times to get it updated and running smooth as , Tonight he spent approx 2 hours to fine tune it for me , Great product and the personal support is even better , Great job Secpoint!!!

My concern was about not receiving e-mails and as they proved to me from their outstanding administration, the mail was sent. Within 2 minutes they resent it and I could proceed. Very impressive!

Two hours into tech support Jan was there right from the beggining, trouble shooting everything. Getting down to the problem and found a solution. He is very patient, and at the end everything worked out great! We appreciate it alot, and thanks for your great technical support. You are all brilliant!
