Online problems sorted by helpful staff.…
We had problems with the online booking. We were trying to book two consecutive nights and the system would not allow. This turned out to be an issue of availability of different room types which had different rates.
I contacted the virtual assistant which was surprisingly good and easy to explain and understand the problem. I was then put through to a very helpful agent at Secret Escapes who was able to process and book our stay albeit as two separate reservations.
So despite the initial online difficulties I was very happy with the way SC assisted and completed the booking.

I wanted to book a hotel with an accessible room
I wanted to book a hotel but needed to make sure that accessible rooms were available since my wife uses a wheelchair. I used Secret Escapes contact system to get answers to my questions etc. This was very successful with helping to make a booking over the phone with Ahmed from Secret Escapes.
All hotels would help disabled people if they made it clear on websites that accessible rooms are available.

Seemless booking experience
Once we decided on our holiday, the whole process of booking was seamless. Very clear and easy. My only negative was that it could have been clearer on how to sort out transfers and adding luggage to our booking, but I did manage to sort that out.

excellent web site for good value holidays and trips. I only used it for the UK. I have had some brilliant stays in very good hotels, with Dinner included in the price. I highly recommend Secret Escapes and will be using it all the time. I you have not tried it even as a comparison website please do you will be pleased with the value for money and quality on offer.

I had no issues with the booking…
I had no issues with the booking experience but my flight was cancelled whilst I was at the airport due to technical issues.
Our flight was rescheduled and we received no notification or support from secret escapes or not even the email from Turkish emails as I imagine it went through to secret escapes rather than direct to us. The journey back was traumatic and it took us over 24 hours to get back. We tried to reach out to secret escapes for support (it was on a weekend) and it was impossible
It seems SE are fine for booking and when things go smooth but not there for you when you need support.
