The reason for my 1* is all about the wash/care instructions. These are confusing and left open to misinterpretation. Before you think about purchasing and most certainly before you wash your coloured linen sheet or bed linen. Carefully read the label on your washing detergent/powders. If it uses any chemicals such as optical brightners, avoid using. Unfortunately I was unaware of these and after the first wash I have now got a discoloured bed sheet. Interestingly the coloured linen pillow cases that I purchased and put in the same wash were unaffected? I feel disappointed in the quality control of these rather expensive products. as the linen sheet is nothing like the one I purchased. I feel had a bigger warning been visible on the packaging I would have amended my washing procedure accordingly.

Repeat customer , investment items but worth every penny. Recommend to all my family and friends due to quality , breathability and ease of use (no creases) . Will keep coming back

Very good quality linen bed set. I have not washed them yet but they are certainly not flimsy like some cheaper ones I saw at M&S. I ordered another set:-)

Luxury fabric, washes brilliantly, I can’t say enough good things, the colours are rich. Love the curtains and duvet's and valences I have bought so far.

I love the products and the ethos (though I'm very sad the 'Alice' stripe and powder blue linen have gone!) and the excellent service. My items arrived super-quickly and were, as ever, lovely.
I feel guilty for returning things (colour didn't work) but I am hugely grateful that the system is so easy.

My only criticism, and very minor but the website offered a 10% discount on first order when signing up. I tried twice but didn't receive an email with a code so couldn't benefit from this which was a shame as I was spending almost £140 so that would have been a helpful saving. However the bedding is lovely I'm really happy so still giving 5 stars for service and quality. Will undoubtedly order again

I ordered a different item from secret Linen which was delivered the next day. It was exactly what I was looking for.

The single valances fit really well, both across the divan and the drop. The linen feels lovely and soft and compliments the rest of the room. My only criticism is the packing. The edges of the skirt are curled up. With a bit of forethought, they could have been packed flat and therefore hung straight and look better

I am very pleased with The tomato napkins - they arrived promptly, are exactly as advertised and lovely quality.
