Unreliable brand
Ordered new watch on their website. Delivered with design defects, such as bezel not aligning with 12 o'clock mark, and date window off center. Customer service did nothing to correct the problems.

I bought a Sector no limits watch from the local market in Sweden and according to their site (the manufacturer' site) they clearly mention that it has a two years warranty. After about one year of using it the black color on the watch face disappeared and the silver metal color underneath is visible. Contacted the manufacturer with emails telephone calles, reminders but no reply, and many times they don't even answer the phone!!!!
The service is clearly very bad and with such a quality of the product I would strongly recommend to avoid buying this brand.
