Professional from start to completion.
Secured Homes recently fitted two windows on our third floor, and the whole experience was outstanding. From the sales team, who were professional and helpful throughout the pre-installation process, to the fitters, who were brilliant on the day — everything was handled perfectly.
The team worked cleanly, tidying up during and after the fit, and the quality of the windows is excellent. We’re so happy with how they look.
Would definitely recommend Secured Homes to anyone needing new windows or doors. Great service, great quality, and a great team!

Great service
Great communication from the beginning of the process. The salesperson was helpful and nit “pushy”. Offered flexibility for timescales of fitting.
The fitters were on time. They were polite and courteous and worked efficiently and tidily. No mess or rubbish left behind. The job was extensive but they managed it in a professional manner and in a timely way. Would definitely recommend Secured Homes.

Great Service once again, Your staff are a treasure to behold.
We got a little extra interest back on some accounts and needed 3 more windows doing to match the previous 5 done by Secured homes. Well it was a no brainer to get back in touch with these after their previous workmanship and quality.
The only little niggle after ordering again with young Hasam(Sam), was that one of the Bathroom windows came with a crack in it from manufacturing. Niall rang up to inform the company and they were going to make arrangements for a new one to be made and the lads come out and fit it.
Well its now been 7 DAYS and theyve finally been in touch. Apparently the glass that came wasnt up to standard, so theyve had to return it and the new window will be here next week, so Imran has assured us.
The replacement pane arrived today and fitted by a pleasant young man.
All the windows in and looking great to match the previous 5.
Many thanks once again for the standard of workmanship.
When the time comes for a new back door, we may be in touch.
It was a pleasure doing business again.

Windows were priced up, measured up, manufactured and fitted within a week. Extremely speedy, very friendly, reasonably priced, expert service.

Quality and fit excellent
Having used Secured Homes previously on one door project I had a secondany and decided that door would be done by another Company. The fit and finish of Secured homes was far in front of the other Company, this convinced me that for any further work my first choice would be Secured Homes. So when the knock came I had already decided that the next project would be Secured Homes. The new project this time was windows so as well as a scrappage discount I also got a previous customer discount. The fit and finish was as expected very good and the guys tidied up nicely after. The cheery attitude and friendly banter also went a long way to making the experience less stressful.
