I ordered a jacket and got an inferior t-shirt After complaining, I was offered a 40% refund of the amount I had already paid. When I asked whether these products exist at all and whether I still have a chance to get my ordered goods, I was not answered. I think that this is a clear rip-off of this "company". Hands off
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I paid £41 for a hoodie that looked great in the photos on the website, but what I received was completely different. The item looks cheap, poorly made, and the material quality is terrible. It does not resemble the product advertised at all.
I contacted the company to request a full refund and stated clearly that I am willing to return the item. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they offered me only a 20% refund, which is unacceptable for a product that is clearly not as described. After I insisted on a full refund, they stopped responding entirely.
This is very unprofessional behaviour and feels misleading at best. Selling products that do not match their photos and then ignoring customers who ask for a refund is unacceptable. I am now forced to consider escalating this through my bank due to the lack of response.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this website. Poor quality products and even worse customer service.
