Ordered from Sega and found everything I bought better than expected for my boys birthday as he is completely obsessed with sonic and this site had it all. The packaging is great too in official Sega seal solid bags too.
Would recommend all day long

I bought the replica model of the Sega mega drive.
After paying nearly £40 I was surprised to see how cheap it was! The plastic was cheap rubbish and not worth the huge price tag.
After a few hours of having this product the stand that holds the sega mega drive controller broke!!!
Cheap rubbish!!!
I will not be using the sega shop again

Great product, maybe would be interesting to add more Sega official brand Add.Ons like MegaCD or 32x - Fast Delivery. Awaiting new systems and rare variants in a future for same manufacturer.

The SEGA team make and ship their products as well as their games. Never ever an issue with them. The box in which the product arrived in was a tad battered but they think ahead and keep the product secure and safe inside with bubble wrap and tape.

Great site, I’m a huge Sega fan and was so happy to discover they had an online store. Really enjoyed everything I’ve bought so far, I’d love it if they sold Nights Into Dreams merch!

Ordered some bits on sale all in stock and available. For some reason the PayPal payment option went as an e cheque, something that's never happened before.

Had to wait for it to "clear" I waited a few extra days for it to be dispatched and nothing. Eventually emailed them and they told me that it was now out of stock and would I like a refund. I took the refund.

Would have been one star if the refund wasn't as quick as it was.

Shame really as there were a few other bits I would have had after payday.

Great service from Sega store, fixed a problem I had with my order so can only praise there quick staff, highly recommend.

Perfect store with various Sega brands and product with a great service at "sonic speed"!!
