Unfortunately once the goods leave our depot there are many external factors that can influence the delivery times that are out of our control. We have a 99% on time delivery rate which given the current infrastructure challenges is something we pride ourselves on. We do not however tolerate abusive language to members of our staff who are trying to help. Your account will be credited anything owed and closed.

They have dedictated customer service…
They have dedictated customer service staff who can answer any questions put to them. If they do not know the answer, they will find out.
They have one of the best online ordering systems I have ever come across, and their prices are pretty much the best in the UK market.
If you are a renewable energy installer, and you want any renewable energy products, I would recommend looking at Segen every time.
