I took it to my hair dresser and she had me put it on then cut it. Easy. I could see in reviews that several of these companies get their topper from the same source. It comes in a pink box. I needed a grey and this grey matches my hair so well. Check out iTunes for how to put it on. I start mine about 1 1/2 “ from my hair line. I fluff up my bangs and that covers the front of the topper. It’s made for thinning hair, it’s not a full wig. I also ordered the one with bangs but they are way too thick. I sent it back. I’ve got 2 backups in the same color because the grey sells out a lot.

Worst customer service and overall experience ever with online shopping I’ve never bought hair before my daughter is going to prom and wanted to extend her hair . I received the product on the 5/8 and knew sight on seen that this was not what I needed so I proceeded to return the company didn’t provide a return slip and doesn’t have a number to reach out only email and I emailed stating I was retuning the item the return of email sadly takes almost a half a day and I already had sent the item back to the origin of the address printed from the box now this shady company is claiming they haven’t received my return and won’t give me back my 58.82 now most will say this is not much but I’m a single parent and Prom is expensive. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had with online shopping 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
