I researched the owners of Recovapro LTD and my review ledme to here Segway via this link, which I am led to understand is the same person. I have purchased a number of items that no longer work.
When I looked to try and search for some answers as to why emails, website are no longer there or the business, it details a history pattern of dissolved businesses after 2/3 years and then another one reappears.
So, customers like myself are left without any customer support, warranty or ability to purchase parts for the technical items bought which are hundred of pounds.
These had been bought in good faith, for my own little business and now I’m left with two products I’m unable to use.
This is based on my own purchase, experience and aftercare experience - I would have to say I would not purchase from this person again!

This company is a scam stay away and do not purchase from them.

I bought a Gokart pro and they did not send out my order. After a few emails they responded saying it was a pre order

Then they told me the order was being shipped on 20/6/2024 from their honkong warehouse I waited another month and still received nothing.

Thereafter they told me a refund will be processed but I never received my money

£1,400 I was scammed I did not receive my refund from PayPal either because the company replied and I was waiting for the shipment and the time had lapsed therefore I was not able to receive my refund from that either.

I went to my bank but my bank said I had to claim from PayPal

If you don’t want a lot of heartache and suffer financial loss do not buy from this company because you will never receive anything from them nor do they respond

Stay away and do not purchase from this seller.

AVOID!!! - I'm not sure this company is even in operation anymore. Phone lines don't connect and not a single reply to emails after placing a hoverboard order in January which stated next day delivery. I'm just glad I was able to receive a refund via PayPal after no response from seller.

This company is a scam along with Recovapro and other companies owned by a man named Andrew Okhiai. This man has been getting away with scamming people out of thousands of pounds over the last few years by setting up new companies and dissolving old ones. How is it allowed to continue?

Looks like they owe a lot of people money and don’t care ripping off parents at Christmas if any one finds out who is the owner of this company please post because I don’t think they should get away with this lightly

Item never arrived. Paid for next day delivery. Sent multiple emails. All ignored. Fortunately claimed the money back through PayPal

Never received go kart but full payment was taken.

I have not received any goods bogus company no response to emails or phone calls

So order an item then had to ask when it was coming as it didn't arrive. They then replied they didn't had it in stock. So I waited as they said it will be shipped and never arrived so had to ask PayPal to get in touch. I did send emails asking what was going on but no communication at all. It was a Christmas present so a bit gutted.

Steer clear! They are promising items that they do not have in stock. You can place an order with stock showing. Yes you will receive a DPD tracking number making you think your item will be on it's way to you.... But then nothing! No phone calls answered. If you're desperate enough to place an order, then be sure to use PayPal or a credit card so your money can be recovered!

4 weeks on, an investigation with my bank and PayPal and still not received the paid for item, £1164 out of pocket. Demanding a refund is proving difficult.

No feedback at all. Till date i have no idea where my order is, sent several emails and no replies. I do not recommend

I have left this 5 star review due to the other poor reviews. I too was very unsure when reading the previous reviews and it made me very on edge - I subsequently emailed the company about my order and they fairly promptly responded and dispatched the battery via DPD which arrived the next day. It was as described. Brand new and sealed battery. Instructions are all in Chinese but will use Google Translator. So for the doubters, this company can be trusted. They are in business and sent me the product I ordered. They are worthy of this 5 star review.

The company is a fraud! They take your money and don't delivery!!!!!!

I ordered (and paid £1,150 in advance) for a Ninebot Gokart Pro: Upped The Game - 2023 x 1 on 16/1/2024 and received confirmation. This was advertised for delivery at the end of January 2024.
It still hadn’t arrived by 16th. February and I had not received any email. I then emailed the company to find out what was happening, then received an email from a different address (which bounces if I reply to it) saying the order was on the way and giving me a QR code for a shop app for information but without a tracking code. The company are not answering the phone and I have now emailed to complain. I have to say this appears to have all the classic elements of a scam and if I don’t receive the product or a satisfactory response within seven days I guess I will have no alternative than to take it up with my credit card company. PS Do a search on here via "most recent" filter to see how many people have had similar problems over the last couple of months. PPS Update 2/3/2024 product still not received, Shop app still gives no information and had to make a recharge via my credit card company.Today I received a request from the company to rate them on Trustpilot - you couldn't make this stuff up!!!! NB Segwayfun in case you do ever look at or reply to your reviews - here it is!

This is a scam company they are not even at the premises that they have as there address they have been gone for 6 months
