While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Bad experience

I had a bad experience with Seimaxim for 4 days. I wanted to cooperate in lonterm but lack of professionalism in this company...

They wrote to me that payment via bank transfer or btc does't require verification. So, I chose one of these options. After that I got an email that I need verification and send an ID and screenshoot from bank of the trial payment.
I sent it because I trusted at the starts (doesn't make sense, I shouldn't be asked about verification because I chose bank transfer or btc - but I asked and Isent it).
Later I was asked for more ane more documents like address confirmation and a selfie with ID. I didn't want to send because I suspected they would ask for more documents. But I trusted again and I sent selfie and proof of addres. After that they wanted a photo of my credit card. I refused because they would probably want more and more documents in future.

I said that I wouldn't send my credit card photo and I resigned. After that They said I didn't have to send a picture of my credit card though. Before I had to, now I don't have to - strange.
In every email I was offered btc payment or bank transfer. I wanted to pay with paypal or credit card (it's why I verified)

There were also mistakes. Trial cost was 140$ they send me invoice with 140gbp. 1gbp is not $1...
I lost money & and a lot of time on trial which I didn't renew because of trust.
They also have problems in communication between company employees. Before using the service I searched for reviews of this company. I did not find any.

With GPU I had no problem - the trial worked well, support too. But personally I don't trust this company.
