Scrivo adesso in aeroporto ad Atene questa recensione per ciò che è accaduto appena 30 minuti fa.
Questi "signori" mi hanno appena derubato di 318 Euro per un graffio praticamente invisibile che a loro detta era stato cagionato da me.
Un graffio appena sotto il paraurti anteriore di una Suzuki Swift grigia...A loro detta il graffio non c' era al momento del ritiro del mezzo..e quindi, dato che hanno sempre il coltello dalla parte del manico,si sono RUBATI questo importo. Fate estrema attenzione a questa compagnia...dietro prezzi bassi, almeno un bassa stagione, si nasconde sempre il furto.
Controllate e fotografate bene TUTTA la macchina perché se al rientro troverete l' uomo brizzolato di mezza età con gli occhi chiari, vedrete che, con la compiacenza di TUTTO lo staff, cercherà di RUBARVI denaro non dovuto.

I'm writing this review now at the Athens airport for what happened just 30 minutes ago.
These "gentlemen" just robbed me of €318 for a practically invisible scratch that they claimed I caused.
A scratch just below the front bumper of a gray Suzuki Swift... They claimed the scratch wasn't there when I picked it up... and so, since they always have the upper hand, they STOLE this amount. Be extremely careful with this company... behind low prices, at least in the off-season, there's always a theft.
Check and photograph the ENTIRE car carefully because if you find the graying, middle-aged man with light eyes there when you return, you'll see that, with the complicity of the ENTIRE staff, he will try to STEAL money from you that you don't owe him.

Our Travelodge hotel has been using Selecta vending since our business opened. I’m extremely happy with the professionalism and warm hellos during the morning shifts. Ashley Phillips is outstanding at his job and goes above and beyond to ensure the process is smooth.

In June at 11:00 am I paid 2,60€ to a pelegrino water in Orly Airport. However it was stucked in the machine and I could not recovered the money. I sent a lot of emails, tried to call, sent pictures of the bottle stucked inside and asked for a refund of my money.
They don't even answer to emails...
Very bad. Worst company ever... do not reccomend

Present for you in each step of your need and problem.

Bought 4 coffees at 7 of jan every time they charged 5 euro for every coffee instead of 2.4 on my card.

What a ripoff deals!
No answer from customer services

04/02/2022 Gare du Nord, Paris, Eurostar Terminal, right after security. I paid 5-20 euro by card, machine pretended to start working but in seconds there was a notice on the screen that it is out of service now.
I consider that action as a fraud and recommend not to use Selecta vending machine wherever you meet them.

On 01/10/2020 I went to buy a cappuccino in one of selecta's machines and it malfunctioned, kept my money and threw all of the drink on the floor, because it did not put the coffee cup first.
I contacted the company by email and they replied on 05/10/2020 asking for my banking information to make the refund.
They have not refunded me yet and they not reply my emails. Today is 19/10/2020.
Be careful with their automatic machines, they might take your money and throw coffee at you!
