No indication of how long an instore…
No indication of how long an instore delivery would take, ended up being a week from dispatch, longer than if I’d had it delivered to my house.

Ordering was OK but when I went to…
Ordering was OK but when I went to collect she said I couldn’t collect as I had no photo ID. She was quite stroppy. I said it didn't say that when ordering she said oh yes it did. Although I had all info on my phone. In the end I realised I had my bus pass as I'm a pensioner but I won't go to the Select again bad customer service! It was the Crossgates Arndale center.

Easy to order came on time only problem I have is why trousers are always long I’m only 5ft 2 and never do petite sizes but everything was good .
