Select Healthy seem to be running a shoddy outfit. A few weeks ago I made a purchase. After a week I had not had received my order so I called them up to be told that the item was out of stock. I requested they cancel my order and refund my money. This was done very quicky.
10 Days ago I saw the product I wanted (Echinacea 1000mg) was back in stock. I placed another online order. My payment was swiftly taken. A few days later I received a dispatch notice. As of today I have still not received my order. I have called them up again today to be told the item is out of stock. The website still quite clearly says that it's in stock.
Out of courtesy I would expect them to contact me (and other customers in this situation), to advise me that they are out of stock. Instead they just take your money and say nothing. They can't even tell me when they will have the item back in stock. Poor service.

Easy use website, price acceptable but felt the postal delivery overly long.

Haven't received my order yet after over a week of waiting. Not sure I'll use you again.
Email sent requesting more information, this had not yet been replied to. So no update, no manners, no customer service, no product and yet they've taken my money. Avoid!

Tried to use an discount offer code on an order.
No discount appeared on order.
Tried e mailing to ask why no discount was applied.
No answer to e mail.
Tried to phone today.
Call was cut off.
If this sort of service is reflected in the products perhaps the products are as good as the customer service and should be avoided.

Easy website to use and good choice of payment methods at checkout. Received an order acknowledgement but would have liked an email giving an approximate estimated delivery date but the order arrived in good time. Still to try the tablets and see if they are as effective as previous suppliers.

I placed my order (100094930) on Jan 6th on the company's web site having previously discussed with an agent (was cheaper to order on the web site). One week later the order had not arrived and I was asked to review the company's performance. I checked my order on-line and saw it was flagged as "COMPLETE". When I called the company,they told me (a little impatiently IMO) that they were out of stock and "COMPLETE" simply meant that my money had been taken.
In my opinion,
1) the order should not have been accepted or placed if there was no stock
2) Status "COMPLETE" is incorrect and misleading. The order would only be complete when I received it or at the very least when it is dispatched by the supplier

Always reliable, product arrives swiftly & good prices.

Hard to comment on the product when you order on a Thursday and the following Thursday you still have not received the goods.

Get email asking me to rate service when I haven't as yet received my order and no update

Maybe it’s the time of year but I haven’t received my order yet. So I don’t know what to say.

Order made 23.12.19. Acknowledged then nothing further heard as of todayj

Slow delivery. Still not received my package or had notification of delivery date. It’s at least 8/9 days since I ordered😩

Bit daft to ask for a review before goods are even delivered!

Been using Select Healthy for about 4 years.
Good products at great prices compared with other companies.

Got the Black Friday offers really pleased bought the evening primrose which I have used for ages and the echinacea. Got 360 of both for around half price well chuffed.

Quality items at competitive prices. I have been purchasing from them for many years.

Customer services responded very well and package arrived fine
