Non-existent customer service
This company might sell lovely candles but unfortunately I have no idea because, despite placing an order over two weeks ago, I still haven't received my order. I received notification of dispatch by 24 hour service 9 days ago but I believe the address used might have been incomplete. I have sent two emails to the Self care Company, messaged via their website contact form and sent a message on Instagram but I have had no response. I'm very disappointed by the standard of customer service and would never buy from them again. I hope I am able to get a full refund if I can ever get to deal with a real person.
