no surprises at all, which, was a surprise! Sell GPU lost no time evaluating my components even though they received my prepaid box just before the weekend. Communication was tight, I received updates frequently throughout. From UPS generated, enroute, receiving and evaluation process. The only hang up was my choice of ACH payment that actually delayed receiving the money. I won't make that mistake again, LOL! Kudos and thanks Sell GPU!

Crappy customer service
Crappy customer service they sent me a message that something was wrong with my order and that the details were listed below and there was no details tried calling straight to voicemail sent messages no response. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Well they paid me I guess thats the positive I can say.
They took a while and never called me for bulk pricing which they told me not only I qualified for but told me on 3 separate occasions but that never happened.
Then by the time they finished looking over my order prices suddenly dropped and claimed they wanted to pay me the quoted amount but couldn't.
Another issue was their testing process, when they told me magically that all of a specific type of hardware didnt work despite me testing it before sending it to avoid this exact thing. So I found it odd.
Be wary thats all I can say, the prices they offer are kind of bad already

Your order was delivered on Monday, March 31, entered testing on Tuesday, April 1, and we reached out the same week regarding a few discrepancies identified during inspection/testing. After reviewing everything together, got agreement on the updated payout, and we finalized payment by FedEx check shipped on Monday, April 6, with delivery on Wednesday, April 8.
We understand your concerns around bulk pricing and follow-up communication. You’re right that we should have closed the loop more clearly there, and we’re working internally to improve consistency on bulk evaluations and callbacks.
Regarding pricing and testing: all orders go through a full inspection process after arrival. In some cases, market pricing can shift or components may not pass validation during testing—even if they were previously working in a system. When this happens, we always reach out before finalizing anything, as we did here, to review options with the customer, including free insured return shipping if necessary.

Great for retired IT equipment.
I have basically retired from IT and had some equipment that I was no longer using. I'm fully aware I could list all my stuff on an online auction and eventually end up with more cash. I got started in IT buy selling used IT equipment online. I've dealt with the returns, the damaged shipments and the flat out scammers. After all the consideration, the peace of mind was well worth it. I will be honest, I did check of GPUs that I have and the offers were rather low, but for retired IT equipment and piece of mind I find it well worth it. As my previous clients start retiring their equipment, I have offered to clean and test it for them and sell it to sellgpu and split it. Complete win/win/win in my book.

SellGPU keeps its promises, and as such will earn its reputation.
I will be cautious with sharing your personal contact information if you are using ACH or bank deposits. Although this has nothing to do with SellGPU, outside tracking systems and data brokers can illicitly use your information (example: I've received several spam and phishing emails and text messages from crypto-currency scammers. If you are unaware, SIM cards are a huge problem in the United States as various data-leaks since est. 2015 continuously expose your data).
Other than that its a near flawless experience.
