Fast delivery and product as advertised. Good price.

A large and varied selection. I don't want to order Shein's products, so the brand should be always be mentioned.

Expensive returns. Slow. Pricing is generally on the high side.

Clothing smelled really bad but otherwise the bag and the necklaces i got were ok.

Returning cheap goods costs about 6 euros, fortunately they were cheap !

HORRIBLE COMPANY!
They are SO greedy! They keep 75% of the money they make with your clothes and on top, from all the clothes you send, a big chunk they will target as “not good”, and say they’ll give it away, or you have to pay for each item to get it back! Ridiculous company, they should not exist!!!!!

Delivery was fast enough to Finland. The only minus is that clothes didn't fit. It would be better if there would be description for clothing and more measurements. Hoodie size m was really snug allthoug i weight 66 kg and usually wear M. I have found great treasures for all ages from Sellpy and will order again.

Shoes were fake leather very bad shape. The upper level fell of small pieces. Shoes were rubbish, not just normal used shape.

I got a wrong item and the customer service is not replying to my email. First time using Sellpy and can not recommend.

Product was broken and missing parts. The collar was cutted so short that it can not be used even for a small dog. Basically i Lost my money with you and won't recommend your service. You sell stuff that should be thrown away.

One of the products had much bigger signs oof usage than was demonstrated in the pictures. A big disappointment!

The search function is pretty much useless. It doesn’t recognize almost any descriptions outside of concrete facts like ”skirt” (and not even that always, the AI seem a bit better but will give me hats when I search for floral skirts) and if you’re trying to find a specific ”vibe” skirt like goth or boho, it becomes a chore and it feels like it will leave out things you might other wise be interested in.

Also the site keeps crashing, not very stable.

Generally a good experience.
I bought some makeup that was marked as unused. And it appears to be that, except some fluff/dust inside the palette and some scratches on the outside.
Shipping a bit slow though

Fast delivery, but condition only approximately as described. One dress was otherwise as described, but had a strong perfume smell that's been extremely difficult to wash off. The other dress, although cheap, had a big stain in a visible place that didn't show in the photos, so I got the money back (fast, though). That one had a weird strong smell or fragrance too.
