Don't waste your time. Had loads of texts and emails saying video appointment was booked. When the time came there was nothing and no correspondence since. Will stick with the local agents.

Beware... Had the telephone conversation and discussed their offer, made a verbal offer only to find when requesting it in writing that it was a "mistake". Surprise, surprise the written offer was considerably lower.... give them a miss big time

House went under offer on day two, received a letter from this scam company to tell me my property has been on the market for 90 days. Please avoid people. 5 star reviews are all from people who have only ever left 1 review. Scam.

Gross misrepresentation. Contract is sole selling NOT the same sole agency, forced waiver of cool off period, long 16 week contract when selling service as 'quick' 30 day sale. Crazy terms surreptitiously pushed. You should report your experiences to the ombudsman. tpos.co.uk
