Worst service ever!

My car is currently at Selman for repairs and has been there since June 23rd. I was told my car needed a "big job", but the service advisor Ramon would try to get it done quickly due to my situation. I asked for a loaner car and was told there were none available. I was offered a ride home. I called on July 1st to follow up on the status of my car and Ramon said it would possibly be ready tomorrow, July 2nd. July 2nd came and went so on July 3rd I called and was told Ramon didn't work yesterday, not working today and to call back on Monday because the service department is closed for the 4th of July. I asked if anyone else could help me and was told only the advisor who helped you could help me. I called back on July 5th at 8:43am and was told that the advisors were busy checking in cars and that Ramon or his assistant would call me back in a "few minutes". I waited for a few hours and finally had to go to sleep (I work the graveyard shift from 10pm to 7am). After sleeping 3 hours I woke up and called back at 2:32pm since I hadn't received a call back. Ramon's assistant Gabe said Ramon didn't work today. I explained that I was waiting for a call back to inquire about my car because Ramon said it might have been ready last Friday. Gabe said he had to go check with the mechanic and would call me back. Gabe did call me back and said it was still being worked on, but couldn't tell me anything else. I explained to him that I have had to walk to and from work 6.5 miles each way every night since my car has been at the dealer. Gabe said he could put me on the waiting list for a loaner car. I asked who gets a loaner car because I asked and was told there were none. He said customers who's vehicles require a "big job". I said my car requires a big job and if there was a waiting list I should have been put on it 2 weeks ago. Gabe said all he could do was put me on the list and Ramon would be back tomorrow, July 6th and that he would tell Ramon to call me. Here it is now July 9th, ONCE AGAIN I have to call back Selman because of no call back for the past 3 days. I spoke with Ramon just now to inquire about my car and was told it is still being worked on because "the mechanic" had another car to work on before mine. I asked when it might be done, and couldn't get a date. Ramon said possibly next week, but again the response that "the mechanic" has another car ahead of mine to work on. What's up with this dealership? One mechanic? No loaner cars available for someone who really needs one? Waiting list for a loaner car that I was never added to? Promised call backs and never getting any!? Told my car might be ready this day and the next time told "I don't know when it could be ready"!? Nobody, but the service advisor who helped you initially can follow up with you about your vehicle, but he doesn't give you any update before he takes a couple days off for the holiday weekend when he tells you it may be ready the day he won't be at work? NEVER any call backs from the service advisor when messages are supposedly left for him to call you when the person you do speak to says they can't help you? I have been a loyal customer for many years. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Selman Chevrolet and prior to that when I worked in banking as a consumer loan officer who approved vehicle loans I referred several people to Selman for over 12 years. Being a single, middle aged male with a now low paying job this situation and treatment from the dealership is hard to deal with. All of my loyalty with Selman Chevrolet is gone. I've never been treated so unprofessionally and made to feel like I'm not important. My choice for the past 2 1/2 weeks so far is to continue to walk to and from work or use 3 hours of my work shift to pay for an Uber to and from work. Being that this car repair bill will be just over $2100 I have no choice, but to walk. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR NOR REFER ANYONE TO SELMAN CHEVROLET AGAIN!
