I ordered for 155 euro and didn't…
I ordered for 155 euro and didn't receive anything for weeks. Then I called customer service and they told me the items were out of stock, I asked for a refund. Now, weeks later - I've been charged again! Very terrible customer service, do not recommend.

Placed an order and heard nothing back. They took my money and didn't ship anything.
Worst Customer Service
I placed an order on their website 10 days ago. Since then I've heard nothing from them. I've called their customer service line (which is just one person's voicemail in Quebec with no english language message) and left three messages and I've emailed them twice and nobody has gotten back to me. I'm now going to have to dispute the charges with my credit card provider.
